Have you been trying hard to make friends with no good results to show for all of your efforts?

If it seems that you have been trying hard to make friends, but that other people still don’t want to be your friend, you may have come to the conclusion that there’s something wrong with you.

That maybe you are basically unlikeable. Many of us go through such torment of self doubt, especially during our teenage years, when teens are often the victims of vicious bullying from their peers for no reason at all.

If you feel as if the people you are trying to befriend don’t like you, the first thing you must do is to ask yourself: Do you have any real evidence that others don’t like you?

Or are you just imagining the worst because you are always very harsh with yourself? People who have low self-esteem, or who are suffering from depression, are often convinced that others don’t like them, even when there is no evidence for their negative belief.

People who have a poor self image can be surrounded by others who like them, care about them, and enjoy their company; yet because these people don’t believe they are worthy of being liked, they are convinced that no one else likes them either.

So, if you are feeling as if nobody likes you, try to find out if there is some real evidence that others don’t like you, or whether you are just being very negative in your opinion of yourself. On the other hand, there are times when it’s not just your imagination that others don’t like you. It might be really true that most of the people you meet are consistently rejecting you, even when you make social overtures and try to be as friendly to them as possible. There are many reasons this can happen.

You may have moved to a society where the people are very tight knit with each other, and they don’t open up to newcomers easily. You might be surrounded by people who automatically dislike people of your particular religion, ethnic background, sexual orientation, skin color, or bodily appearance.

You may be surrounded by people who reject you because the clothes you wear are not the latest and most expensive fashion. In high school years in particular, many teens are strongly conformist, and can be very cruel to those who seem to be different from the norm.

Sadly, some people never grow out of the stage of judging others for trivial and superficial reasons. If you are really are being rejected by others, it is important that you don’t make the situation worse by attacking yourself.

This will only make you feel worse, and will make you lose confidence in approaching new people in the future. Saying negative things to yourself could start you on a downward spiral of self-doubt and self-hatred.

Or you might turn your anger outwards in a spirit of bitterness and revenge towards other people. This is not a solution that will win you friends or peace of mind. It’s also important to take a good, hard look at yourself and the way that you interact with other people.

There may be specific behaviors that are causing others to dislike you, and these are behaviors which you can change. Ask yourself the questions on this checklist. If it looks as if any of these behaviors are a problem for you, it’s very likely that if you change this behavior, that other people will like you better.

1. Are you always very negative and complaining all the time? Most people find this habit very annoying.

2. Do you actively participate in conversations with others? Or do you hold back and let other people do all the work in making conversation. If so, learn to improve your conversational skills so that talking with you is an experience that others look forward to.

3. Do you endlessly talk about yourself and show little interest in the people you are talking with? Other people will become bored with you very quickly if you seem only interested in yourself.

4. Do you try too hard to please others, always agreeing with everything that they say, and never having any opinions of your own? People won’t respect you if you don’t respect yourself.

5. Do you often say things that hurt the feelings of others and then say it was just a joke? Do you say mean things behind other people’s backs? No one will trust you if they think that you are basically an unkind person. If you want to make other people your friends, it’s very important that you don’t give up on trying.

Keep approaching people, keep trying to make conversation. Get rid of your bad social habits if they are getting in the way of friendship. If you are being given the cold shoulder by many of the people you encounter, particularly in your school or workplace, keep looking elsewhere for people you can confide in and befriend.

You can try in your church, in your community, and in your own family. Work on developing the talents and good qualities within yourself so that you can appeal in a new way to other people with whom you will have more in common. Continue to actively search out other people who will like you and accept you.

Could it be we love people who have a great sense of humor?

For years I heard woman after woman say after obviously falling in love, "He's so funny! I just love that about him." Often after someone has lost a family member, they'll say "I'll always remember her smile, the way she laughed, the little jokes she would tell to lighten the mood." Could it be we love people who have a great sense of humor?

I've always thought so. And now we have scientific proof of what many of us long suspected. Humor is one of the things we enjoy most about life and, frequently, the people we love are the ones who make us smile. Fortunately for those of us who probably aren't that funny, humor is most often in the eye of the beholder.

The guys at work may not laugh at your wise cracks, but if SHE laughs, well that's all that matters. For a long time, nobody in the scientific world knew much about humor. But during the past 20 years, more and more research has been done. We know what parts of our brains deal with humor.

We also know when a baby starts to develop a sense of humor. So don't hesitate. Let your funny bone show through!

* When you think something is funny, don't be afraid to let it out. Just think first if your remark might be taken the wrong way by those in earshot. Humor is great -- foot-in-mouth is less great.

*Use humor to ease uncomfortable situations. When the mood starts to get tense, an appropriate chuckle and humorous side remark can get everyone back on track.

* If you're not naturally funny, read cartoons, joke books, the laugh lines at the back of Reader's Digest, and pay attention to how script writers set up funny situations on TV.

You CAN learn to be more humorous than you are. Pay attention to humor and your sense of humor will develop. Above all else, be someone who APPRECIATES humor.

Try not to make someone feel bad when you don't find their attempt at humor to be all that funny. As long as the humor isn't in grossly poor taste, give your humorist a smile. And be one who isn't afraid to chortle and guffaw when someone really pushes your funny button.

A good laugh can be the best medicine you've had all day.

Broken Heart: Why would my lover hurt me?

A lover, who claims to love, can never hurt his/her beloved. Love demands that you care utmost for your beloved. You are concerned about their feelings. You make them as comfortable as possible.

You keep them as happy as possible. You help them fulfill their dreams. You encourage them during tough times and you are always there for them. If you don't do this, there will be nothing called as love.

The definition of love includes the qualities I mentioned. This does happen. In many relationships it happens all through the life. Such couples need not worry to know about heaven. Their home is heaven. But in some relationships, if a lover wishes to break away for any reason including feelings of being treated unjust, the results will be harrowing. Let us look at what will happen.

As the lover who wishes to break away remembers all the investments she/he did for the love, she will feel that all has gone waste. All my sacrifices are in vain. I did so much for many years, and now what is the result? This frustration and anger is directed towards the partner.

At that time the lover who is breaking away forgets that worse will happen to one she or he will be leaving. Only selfish thoughts occupy the mind. This is the tragedy of such love. The one who is left behind might have made more sacrifices and given a lot more for love. He/she gets bewildered at why this break up is happening? It is like a sudden earthquake. That is why I asked, that if you love someone why hurt?

Communication between partners often gets confusing, and there is a very good reason for this. Most of the time, the words we use have far less impact than the energy behind the words.

Therefore, what you say is often not what the other person hears. The energy behind a communication is determined by our INTENTION.

In much of the communication between partners, there are two different intentions that can motivate any given communication: we are often either intent upon controlling the other person, or intent upon learning about ourselves and our partner.

The difference in energy between these two intentions is what frequently creates the confusion in communication. For example, in one of my phone counseling sessions with Joshua, he complained about the fact that his wife, Joan, often gets upset with him over seemingly minor issues.

A recent conflict had occurred over a book she was reading. He had asked her why she was reading that particular book, and she had responded to him with irritation.

“Joshua,” I asked, “why were you asking her about the book?”

“I was just curious.”

“Go deeper,” I said. “Was there anything about the book that was threatening to you?”

“Well….yeah. It was a book about women and codependency.” “And what was threatening to you?” “I’m afraid of Joan pulling away from me.”

“So, which intent do you think was operating at that moment - the intent to control her or the intent to learn about yourself and her?”

“I guess to be honest, I have to say that I was wanting to control. When I think back on it, I think my tone of voice may have been blaming. Joan always tells me that she hates how much I try to control her, and I always think she is wrong about that. But I think I was trying to control her.”

“And she responded to your intent to control with irritation, which is what is happening frequently in your relationship, right?”

“Right. So what would I have said if I was open to learning?” “It’s not so much the words as it is the energy behind the words.

The energy behind the words, ‘Why are you reading that book?” is totally different when the intent is to control than when the intent is to learn. The same words can be said with a blaming, shaming edge, or with real caring and curiosity. It is your intent that determines the energy behind the words.

Joan was not responding to the words themselves, but to the blaming and shaming behind the words. This is what is causing the confusion for you regarding your communication with her. The exact same words can communicate two totally different things, depending upon the intent.

And the chances are that if you had not felt threatened by the book, you might not have even questioned her about why she was reading it.” “Yes, I can see where that is probably true. Okay, I got it. I’ve been trying to control her and that is what she is responding to, not to the words I’ve been using.” Joshua started to notice his intent.

Every time Joan got irritated or distant from him, he noticed that his intent was to control. It was a big challenge to shift out of trying to control her, since he had been doing this most of his life in all his relationships, but Joshua was very motivated to change. He knew that if he didn’t, he ran the risk of losing his marriage.

He started to focus on taking loving care of himself and his own feelings instead of trying to change Joan. As Joshua became more aware of his intent, he was able to consciously shift his intent from controlling to learning about taking care of himself.

As his intent shifted, the energy of his communications with Joan shifted, and their relationship greatly improved. Joshua was thrilled with the deeper understanding and intimacy that was growing between them.

How to get more love, affection or romance from your boyfriend or husband?

Any woman can attract a better quality man or inspire the man she has to give her more love, affection and romance, by learning the truth about over nurturing.

What is over nurturing? It is doing too much in a relationship. Giving too much. It is the reverse of how a relationship works best for a woman.

Giving is what men are supposed to do. Women are supposed to receive the love, affection and gifts that men give, and then give love and affection back to them.

Though many of us have caught onto this, it is challenging to stop doing what we have always done, what we have been told is the way to do things, and to fly in the face of the fallout we fear. So I am going to tackle one little issue – Nurturing.

Nurturing is masculine. If you want to get what he wants to give, stop nurturing your man.

Radical as this sounds, try it. Stop doing. Stop giving. Stop massaging your husband or boyfriend's feelings. Stop helping your date do the relationship thing and let him flounder until he figures it out.

He will.

This whole concept of nurturing is a dilemma for most of us. We think of mothering, nurturing, caring for our young as a feminine aspect of ourselves. It is not!

Nurturing and caring for others may be a female trait – Motherhood is female – but it is still about action! Nurturing is about doing. Giving. Your energy goes out of you and toward or into someone else. When you give, you are acting from a masculine energy place.

We are so accustomed to the idea of nurturing being feminine, we get confused. We think being loving to our men is nurturing them. Massaging their bodies, minds and spirits. There is nothing wrong with the idea of nurturing, it is the form our nurturing takes that causes so much difficulty.

We are all composed of masculine and feminine (yin and yang) energies. We move through them fluidly at our best, and are stuck in one or the other at our worst.

But most of us are stuck at one extreme or the other. We either give too much all the time and then find ourselves resentful all the time, or we go the other way and make ourselves emotionally unavailable to our dates, our husbands, our boyfriends, and every man we meet.

Too often, our nurturing energies are perceived by men as mothering. Our actions seem intrusive. We seem to be judging them and finding them coming up short, otherwise why would they need taking care of? On the other hand, they love attention.

To strike some sort of balance when we are all so mightily out of balance, I am asking you to pull back to zero. To at least imagine pulling back to zero. The baby steps you actually take may seem huge.

When you stop doing for your man what he does not need you to do, yet has grown accustomed to your doing, may resent your not doing, and will certainly find himself relieved that you have stopped doing, things may get messy before they get better. But they will get better.

This is all about over-functioning.

What does over-functioning and over-nurturing look like?

You come to the door the moment he gets home and ask him how his day went. You offer to massage his neck, his feet, his back because he looks so tired (even though you are just as tired.) Or you give your date directions to your house before he asks. And you invite him in and offer him something to eat or drink without even knowing what he has in mind for the evening. You offer to cook him a meal when he is barely taken you out to a decent restaurant.

You offer sex to your husband, without being asked, and even if you are not in the mood, because you figure you should. You ask him how he feels, and demonstrate concern for his feelings and moods.

This sounds nurturing, but it is not. It is mothering. Nurturing a grown-up is giving him what he wants, not what you think he needs. Nurturing a grown-up is not tolerating what you do not want. Not tolerating him treating himself badly or carelessly if it is damaging to you or his relationship with you, this means smoking, eating badly, not working, never leaving the house.

And you do it not by telling him what he needs to do and helping him do it, but by telling him how angry it makes you feel when it’s happening. Or telling him how good it feels when he does something that makes you happy. Let him figure out how to take responsibility for making you and the relationship happy – on his end of it.

This is feminine energy, the expression of honest-to-goodness feelings. All the care-taking and fixing and doing and massaging and concern is masculine energy in action, and it will get you nowhere near what you want.

Try it the feminine way. Stop nurturing a grown-up man, and start expressing your feelings moment by moment. The first time is scary – but then, you will see; you will wonder how you ever loved any other way.

Relationship Tips for Woman: how to romance your boyfriend or spouse?

Oftentimes we, as women, leave our needs unexpressed and wait for our husbands to just guess what to do. Many men honestly don’t know how to be romantic. And, when they do get up the courage to attempt romance, their efforts may not be expressed in a way that we appreciate or even recognize as romance.

Look how silly this sounds. If your son was attempting algebra and didn’t understand it, you wouldn’t cry because he didn’t love you. As a mom, we’d sit down, and go over it again and again, for as long as it took until he understood.

Yet, we expect our husbands to know something that they’ve never been taught. Instead of leaving your man to struggle, show him how to romance you. How will he know what to do if you don’t show him? So, how can you teach him how to romance you?

1. Be romantic yourself.

If you show him that you value him and love him on a regular basis, instead of expecting him to be the romantic one, he’ll be more receptive to trying it himself. The old saying “You can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar” definitely applies. Yelling and crying because he isn’t romantic isn’t exactly going to put him in the lovey mood.

2. Tell him what you like.

Do you enjoy expensive gifts or would you rather have him make something for you? Would you like him to go on walks with you? Give you cut flowers or live plants? Make a list of every birthday, anniversary and holiday and include ideas for things he can buy or do for you. Set him up to succeed.

3. Learn what he likes.

The same thing stands for him. Know what makes him happy. Please don’t buy him an expensive gift if he’s the frugal type. He won’t like it. Don’t take him to a fancy French restaurant if he’s a Burger kind of guy. It’s ok to take him there for your birthday, but don’t take him there for his birthday.

If he loves sports, then go to them with him. Please initiate romance. So often, women just get more and more resentful that they aren’t feeling romanced and their man has no clue what to do to fix it.

There really should be a required romance course before you can get your marriage license. At least that way, men would, at some point in time, learn how to be romantic. Until then, it’s our job to show him just what we want and need to feel special.

Satisfying relationships that your parents never showed you!

It seems as if creating successful relationships with our significant others and parenting children are two of the most difficult jobs we face and yet we get no formal training in either. It’s as if people believe that we are born with an inherent ability to do these two things.

Yet, look around us. In the US, the divorce rate is slightly over 50%! I don’t know anywhere but baseball where a 50% average is a good thing. Couples go through life getting along when times are good; and fighting with, ignoring, or leaving each other when things get tough.

Most people believe that to seek help with their relationships means to admit a certain kind of defeat that says something about who they are as a person.

Or possibly, they believe that relationships are something we are just supposed to be able to manage on our own. Or, finally, some people believe that those out there helping couples can’t know any more than they do. After all, what’s to know about keeping relationships together?

Well, the truth is that there is a whole lot to learn when it comes to relationships. Unfortunately, the only training most of us ever receive is the passive learning we get through the modeling of the adults who live in our house with us and the media.

Now, I don’t know about you, but my parents had only received the informal training they got from their parents, and they from my great grandparents and so on back through the generations. There is so much more to know about relationships than that! Also, my parents have helped support that 50% statistic cited earlier in that they divorced sometime around their 25th wedding anniversary.

What I learned about relationships from watching them is that couples never argue, especially in front of the children. On the surface, my parents had a very happy marriage but my father experienced a stereotypical mid-life crisis and suddenly questioned the meaning of “life” and decided marriage was holding him back somehow.

In some ways, this type of training may have been as bad as those who have parents who argue all the time. Disagreements are a natural by-product of relationships. It is virtually impossible for two people to come together and create a life without some of their ideals, values, opinions or day-to-day activities coming into conflict with each other.

The question becomes how the couple manages this conflict. There are many things to consider when speaking about couples and their challenges and areas for growth and development. The first is compatibility.

I know there is an expression that says opposites attract and I believe there is some accuracy in that statement when you think of attraction as that chemical interaction that occurs when two people meet and are attracted. This chemical attraction doesn’t care what the other person’s values are, what is important to him or her, the personality characteristics involved, or what either of you likes to do in your spare time.

There is so much to learn about satisfying relationships that your parents never showed you. Please don’t become one of the statistics of divorce or perhaps worse, stay in a miserable relationship to honor your marriage vows while having so many regrets about your life as the time ticks away.

Take charge and take control of your life. Learn some new ways to improve the relationship you are already in or to prepare yourself for being a better, improved partner for the next person in your life.

Missing Heart: What to do if you still miss some of your ex lover's qualities??

You are out from a long time relationship; no matter if she left you or you have left her.

After a while you feel that you are ready to get in a new relationship. You even have met a nice girl who looks like she is interested in you. Slowly, things are getting more serious and you get to know better your new partner.

But something is bothering you, and you don't know what it is. Than you realize that she is not
doing things like you were used to be done, she is not doing things like your ex used to make
them (it's not about all things, but those you loved at your ex).

Last days I have met a friend of mine I haven't seen for a long time. It was a surprise for me
when a nice girl comes to us, and he has introduced her like his girlfriend. I didn't know that he has broken up with his ex, which is a very sexy, feminine woman.

After, his new girlfriend left, I asked my friend what happened with his ex and how things are
going in his new relationship. He told me that he is in this new relationship for over 7 months, his
girlfriend is a nice woman and he has nothing to blame her.

But, something is missing. He was used to be with a very feminine woman, which enjoyed her woman qualities all the time. He confessed me that it is very difficult for him to get used to live
without some things which he has experimented before and he knows that does exist.

But how good it could be if we would be able to make the perfect woman? Not so good as we all
think, believe me.

I say it all the time,

However, a person after a breakup has to think mostly to the reasons for the breakup with his ex and not to her qualities. I am sure that you have very good reasons to break up with a person which who you have spend years together.

Relief you from your past relationship and let your new girlfriend make you happy in her own way. Learn to enjoy your girl’s qualities and personality and don't make your ex girlfriend’s qualities a problem for your present or future relationships.

You too can be creative enough to be romantic to your lover!

Why is it that so many people believe that they don’t have time or take the initiative to be romantic?

Maybe most people don’t believe that they are creative enough to be romantic. Everyone is creative! The definition of being creative is having the ability or power to create.

The word create offers a much broader definition than most people accept when it comes to the process of being able to come up with something original or simply well thought out.

Gifts that are considered to be traditionally romantic like candy and flowers are wonderful, but sometimes you need something that goes one step further. If your spouse enjoys flowers, you don’t have to settle for roses because they can sometimes become unexciting after a while!

Present him or her with something completely original such as a daisy or another flower where petals can be counted. Ask him or her to play the childhood game of ‘they love me, they love me not’ and watch them pluck the petals as they go.

However, don’t allow for the possibility of him or her arriving at the ‘they love me not’. Count the petals before you present the flower to your spouse and trim it so that there is an odd number of petals for the right outcome!

Arts and crafts used to be a fun break from the monotony of the school day, but believe it or not, it will come in handy when it comes to creative romantic gestures.

Instead of promising that you will love him or her forever, show them. Take a piece of paper, ribbon or other material you choose and write “I love you” on both sides from end to end.

Twist the paper 180 degrees and connect both ends of the paper until you have mad what looks like the figure eight. Tape or glue to ends together. You can present your love with a symbol that shows them your love for them is an endless love.

Creativity comes in many different forms! Being creative can mean creating an atmosphere. If you want to plan the ultimate romantic evening but funds are low or you simply don’t want to have to leave the house, shut down the electricity and imitate a power outage (it’s up to you whether or not you tell him or her!).

You won’t have any distractions or heat, so it is up to both of you to keep the other warm and entertain each other.

Exposed: How are Men and Women Different?

Unfortunately, the simple act of communicating with one another can lead to confused messages, or messages being missed entirely.

This is especially true when it comes to communication between men and women. It is no wonder when there is conflict, when they interpret the same conversation in different ways.

This is because of the different conversational styles of men and women.

Many examples will stereotype male andfemale responses. There are many exceptions to the examples I have identified. Analyze how you feel or respond to situations; compare them to those described, and decide if you need to change anything in your communication style.

As women grow up, talk is the thread from which relationships are woven. They develop and maintain friendships by exchanging secrets, and regard talking as the cornerstone of friendships.

Men bond as intensely as women, but their friendships are based more on doing things together and do not require talk to cement relationships. Men converse to negotiate status; women to create rapport.

Men are comfortable telling people what to do; women do not like to pull rank, so request, rather than demand (which leads the men to believe they have the right to accept or refuse the request coming from a woman).

When conversing, women face each other directly, with eyes anchored on each other's face. Men sit at angles to each other and look elsewhere in the room, perhaps periodically glancing at each other and often mirror each other's body movements.

Men's tendency to face away from them when conversing gives women the impression that the men are not listening to them, when in fact they are. The only times men will really look for any length of time at the person who is

speaking are when they are trying to evaluate whether the speaker is lying or not; the speaker is hostile and they may have to take defensive action; or they are evaluating an attractive woman.

In this last case, they will glance over the woman's body while listening to her comments. This is highly distracting to the female speaker because the man's eyes mirror that he is not really listening to what she is saying, but rather sizing her up as a woman.

Another habit that gives women the impression men are not listening is that they switch topics more often. Women tend to talk at length about one topic; men tend to jump from topic to topic.

When a woman expresses her point of view, her female listener usually expresses agreement and support, whereas men point out the other side of the issue. Women see this as disloyalty and a refusal to offer support to their ideas.

Women prefer other points of view expressed as suggestions and inquiries, rather than as direct challenges or arguments. Men are more comfortable with an oppositional style.

Men expect silent attention and interpret constant listener noise as signs of impatience on the listeners' part. When men do not make listening noises, women may assume they are not listening to them.

Women make more listening noises such as "uh-huh ..." to encourage the other person. Men often believe these noises mean the woman agrees with him, when she may not agree with him at all. Because men do not make as many listening noises, women assume they are not really listening. Men are also less likely to make non-verbal signs of listening, and many continue doing whatever they were doing before the conversation began.

Women are more likely to nod their head more, give direct eye contact, and stop whatever else they may have been doing when the conversation began.

Women often overlap and finish each other's sentences (normally, neither is offended). Men clam up or react defensively when women do this to them, because they feel the woman is trying to take over the conversation.

Men feel it is rude to finish another's comments and shows lack of attention to what they are saying, but are more likely to interrupt with negative side comments.

True romance isn’t just about flowers and poems!

Ah, romance, that wonderful and exciting feeling, that most glorious intertwining of two hearts. So intense, such a high, but so fleeting, and so often for so many once gone never to return. But does it have to be that way?

Can we intentionally create and sustain more romance in our lives?

Most folks profess to want more romance in their lives. Indeed, for some, romance is a goal unto itself, or at least high on the list of goals for their love relationships.

But if having romance in our committed love relationships is a highly prized goal, and if so many people want more of it in their lives, how can we create, cultivate, and encourage it? What concrete steps can we take to make sure that romance takes seed and flourishes?

We are here to explore the idea that romance begins in your heart-center and grows outward, and is, to some significant degree, a reflection of how you feel about yourself. In other words, by romancing yourself first you can create the conditions that allow you to experience and express romance with another more easily.

Listen: your capacity to love and accept yourself is the measure of your capacity to love and accept others. The same can be said for romance: your ability and willingness to create romance within is the measure of the romance you can help create in a committed loving relationship.

True romance isn’t just about flowers and poems. Flowers and poems are great, of course, but are really just an extension of a feeling that comes from within, something that starts in, and flows from, the heart.

Without that heart-felt feeling, flowers and poems are but an attempt be to romantic, not an expression of true romance.

So how do you create more romance in your life? Begin by romancing yourself. Love, accept, and forgive yourself on a deep level. Treat yourself with respect and understanding.

Buy yourself flowers. Write yourself a poem. Treat yourself with respect and dignity. And remember: if you don’t love yourself first, you can’t truly love another.

And remember that it is far more important to be the right person than to find the right person. Our relationships are a reflection of the relationship we have with ourselves. Romance, too, is a reflection of that inner state. By first creating romance within, you’ll be well on your way to creating more romance in your life.

Here are some romance items you should have available at all times to help you to be spontaneous and romantic.

Do you want to romance her, spark her libido and ignite her passion? Then here are some romantic ideas and some romance supplies you should have:

1) Romantic Candles. Get the kind of candles that come in their own glass jar with a lid. They are safer than the tall candles, won't spill wax all over the place and when you put the lid on they go out without filling the room with smoke. Choose scented candles with mild scents like vanilla or melon - or your wife's favorite scent.

Here's a romantic idea: light them all around the living room - at night, get a relaxing drink and just sit on the couch and talk with her - run your fingers through her hair as you talk - and don't "expect" any action - if you remove the pressure, she will relax and come after you!

2) Romantic "I love you" Cards. Get about 15 different "thinking of you" and "I love you" greeting cards. Then - over the course of a few months, whenever you have the idea of leaving one in her purse or car or mailing one to her work, you can do it before you forget.

Just write a short personal note in each when you send it.

Here's a romantic idea: send her a card a day for a week and then personally bring flowers to her at work at the end of the week as a romantic surprise. She'll love it!

3) Romantic Bubble Bath. Get scented bubble bath for your wife - but don't give it to her - yet. The cucumber and melon scents are really relaxing. Romantic idea: make her a bath, use the romantic bubble bath and put some romantic candles (above) around the tub.

Then just leave and let her enjoy some peace (unless she asks you to join her). She'll melt with relaxation.

4) Romance Incense. Incense can really make your home smell nice and create a relaxing atmosphere. Some incense in really powerful - I personally don't like those.

5) A Blanket can be Romantic.

Keep a blanket in your trunk. That way, you can do spontaneous romantic excursions like stopping, laying on the blanket and looking at the stars on a clear night or just enjoy relaxing under a tree on a warm day.

6) Your Romantic Cell Phone. Yes - your cell phone can be romantic - just call her out of the blue just to say hi and "I love you."

Romance idea: send her loving text messages at random times in the week.

Try to do something small two or three times a week for her - such as send a card or note or a call or e-mail.

Try to do something medium for her at least once a week - such as bring home flowers or make a nice dinner. And try to do something big for her at least once a month - such as a full evening without kids that includes a nice dinner, a bath and a massage - all truly from your heart with no obligations attached.

Mix it up - make nothing routine.

Every once in a while, go a week or two without doing anything romantic except calling or e-mailing to keep contact. Then start romancing her again. She'll appreciate it more that way - it won't be the same old thing.

I was watching him. Sometimes, he was giving a faint smile. Then he started looking at the ceiling and then started changing his feet position while sitting. After that he was sitting still for some more time. Then he got up and left the room.

Do you also observe your partner carefully? What do you know about what might be going in his (or her) mind?

Can you predict about her (his) thoughts? Many of us believe that we know about our partners and that we are very close. But if your partner sits across you and thinks of something with matching body movements, would you be able to guess about what was in his (her) mind?

The couple was walking on the sidewalk. They looked to be totally absorbed with each other.

They were not speaking to each other, but a glance at them could tell that they were in deep love and were made for each other. What is this mystical quality of being made for each other?

What qualities does this kind of relationship have? Are both of them really deep in love with each other? Are all the choices same? Or as we say in science, opposites attract.

So the choices are totally different? Will a couple having different choices in every aspect love each other or fight over the choices? We can say that at least most of the choices should be very common.

If I say that my partner and I are made for each other, what I must mean is this, that he or she is the right person for me.

There is no other person in the world other than him (her) who can make a better couple with me. We are happiest being together and our happiness comes from our relationship.

Are choices the only factor that matter in our life? Is it enough if my eating habits, my dressing choices, my color preferences, my weather preferences and all my other likings are same as my partner, we are made for each other?

Is that all to the relationship supposed to be made for each other? There must be something more?

What can be that?

Let us find out.

Love for each other, a deep longing for others body, heart and words and a feeling of deep satisfaction that is derived when the couple is together. The couple has only one desire, to share everything, every thought, and every emotion.

The main goal in life - make and keep the partner happy and feel happy in his (her) happiness. Whenever we look at a mother with her child, we never say that they are made for each other, but they share a bond that is very deep. If a couple can somehow share that kind of bond, it can be called 'made for each other.'

Here is how you can romance your lover for life!

1) ATTITUDE

Get an attitude adjustment first. Lighten up and do a 180-degree about face. Read the Sunday comics, grab an old comic book, turn on the Comedy channel, watch funny videos or DVDs. Get in a better mood and pass it along to your mate. Invite your mate to tune in to comedy with you, too.

2) FRIENDSHIP

Go back to being friends for starters now that you’re in a good mood. Forget the love stuff, if you want. And just focus on being good friends; share compliments, do things for one another, go out and have fun together, enjoy one another’s company.

3) RELAX

Let your hair down. Trust and relax. Be yourself. Don’t let old wounds open or fester. Forget the garbage memories and just be in the here and now together.

4) TIME OUT

If possible, spend extra time together for awhile, like during your original courting days. Hire a sitter, order out, eat at fast food places, grab ice cream cones and go for walks in the park. Get to know each other all over again. That’s the key. Then you’ll remember why you fell for each other in the beginning and history will hopefully repeat itself.

5) COMMUNICATION

Take it slow and easy. Keep away from subjects that you do not agree upon. And slowly re-learn to communicate with each other all over again. If necessary, and it is not a crime or shame, get help. Seek a trusted friend or adviser, a church clergy member or certified professional counselor. No need to go it alone. Find your weak areas and how to over come them and plan for future communication difficulties.

6) GOALS

Gradually develop goals together so you’ll have a direction to head. Write them down in a notebook just for the two of you. And over time, develop them, revise them, cross them off your list. The idea is to HAVE goals together and work towards a common goal.

7) SCRAP BOOK

Create a memory album together. Add photos, clippings, menus and anything that reminds you of the “good times.” Then when tough times comes, you’ll have something to “hold on to”, your bridge to romance.

So don’t just sit back and sulk.

Take short steps to improve your relationships and let life’s problems magically pass by while you hold on to your relationship.

What to do if you want to live FREE and in LOVE?

So many people are complaining about the lack of love in their life.

They act as if some stranger decided one day to take away the love out of their lives. They hold on to lovers already gone since eternity, or they dream about a partner coming into their life to give them everything they are not able to give themselves.

They balance between hope and desperation. They look for love outside themselves and believe one day a charming prince on a white horse will knock at the door and take them away to live for ever happy in a castle for away from reality.

Other people are trying to survive in a bad relationship that holds their greatness hostage. They live in fear and anger every day but don’t know how to get out of this prison.

Do you know such people? Does this sound like you? Do you feel lonely, are you dreaming of the right one who will show up one day and end all the misery you’re going through now?

The bad news is this will not happen.

The good news is YOU can do a lot yourself to feel loved.

Let me explain.

Life is like a building. There are a lot of floors : the ground floor, the cellar, the first floor, second floor and so on. The higher you go in the building, the more light there is, the easier and lighter things are, the more friendly and energetic people are, the higher are the vibrations and most of all : the more love there is.

Picture this building of life in your mental eye. In the cellar you will find people like rapers, thiefs, harassers, killers, people who beat their children or companion and others who made a life out of hurting others.

On the groundfloor you will find a lot of people. In fact most of humanity lives here. These are the ones who content themselves by vegetating instead of living. They don’t think by themselves, they undergo life. They do nothing. They live like robots. They go to their job every day, come home every day, watch the same television program every day with a beer in one hand and a hotdog in the other hand.

They do not dream. They are stuck in their lifestyle and think everything will always be the same.

Then you go up. As I said, the higher you get, the easier, the lighter life is. Life IS easy, life IS light. The cellar, groundfloor and lower floors are creations from the human mind.

We created these lifestyles by our heavy thoughts, thoughts about scarcity, fear, death, anger, sadness, revenge and so on. Here are the lives of those who choose to think low energy thoughts. Those who live in fear, hate, jealousy, doubts, low self esteem, troubles.

Those have bad relationships, where struggle and anger and negativity set the tone. They are not happy. They maintain the illusion everything is someone else’s fault and they have either to wait for the other to change, so their life will change, or they have to destroy the other one to have a better life (think of the one who kills the husband of the woman he wants to live with, or those who kill other minded people in order to be free to live like they want).

This will never give freedom or love.

So what to do if you want to move up in that building of life and live free and in love?

First you have to make a decision. Yes, you have to decide WHERE you want to be. On which floor do you want to live your life now?

Is it the cellar? No, I don’t think so. Is is the groundfloor? I don’t think it either. Let’s say you want to be at the 17th floor. But you feel you are at this moment in your life at the 3rd floor only. You hate your job, you have a lousy relationship with your partner, you’re in bad shape and your energy is low.

So you decided you wanted a life in the vibration of the 17th floor, where there is love, real friendship, positive expectations, inner strength, power, a job you like, health and wealth.

What to do? You decided where you want to be. What you will do now?

Should you wait until someone will knock on your door to take you there? No way! Will never happen! Even if you would meet someone with an energy level of 17, he will never carry you from the 3rd to the 17th floor, because he will be exhausted. It needs to be YOUR decision and YOUR action!!

So YOU have to move yourself up.

How? Read! Read more! Read how you can create your life by changing your thoughts and your behavior! Go to workshops where you can learn how to unleash you inner power. Use the wonderful information bank which is called Internet and which offers you a bunch of positive information and e-courses (often for free).

And of course, you should know that most other people suffer from information overload and this wastes too much time. So what you want is to get organized, step by step information and instructions that will help you achieve your outcomes and goals fast and with little money. And you can do that by signing up for online home study courses and learning from experts who have 'been there, done that'! Learn from their mistakes and experiences, and you will get to your goals fast!

Surround you with loving people. Learn how to love yourself.

So first you decide where you want to be. Than you do whatever you can to get there, on your own. You may ask help of course, you may find yourself a coach (which is really a good decision!) but don’t look for somebody to carry you.

You will fall down immediately the moment he puts you down. If you didn’t get there by yourself, it won’t last, it is not worth anything because you moved yourself up with somebody else’s energy and you are depending on his energy.

Once you get at the floor of your choice, let’s say 17, you will meet automatically people who vibrate at this level of energy. Energy-17 people. Loving, caring, wonderful people. People who feel good about themselves and who don’t need others to steal their energy.

They learned how to generate energy by themselves. They are not slaves. They are not dominators. They love and respect others.

Do you want to meet someone like that? Do you want to share your life with somebody who has a 17-energy (or more)? Go there! Go at their level and you will meet them, that’s a guarantee!

Move yourself up.

If you live in a bad relationship right now, and you do whatever you can to get yourself moving higher, you will see what will happen. Your partner and lover, who is still vibrating on energy 3 or 2 or on cellar-level won’t be able to follow you and you will take separate roads.

Don’t make the mistake of trying to pull someone up who wants to stay at his low level. You will never succeed.

Especially women should be aware of this : don’t spoil your energy at trying to get others moving up with you. It’s a waste of time. Everybody should decide for himself. Don’t carry others on your back, you will crack down! Decide for yourself, go for it, and see what happens. The higher you get in energy-levels, the better it will be.

There you will agree with me : life is wonderful!

While we would all like to whisk our partner away to celebrate Valentine's Day at an exotic five star resort, I know I can't afford it, just yet!

Here are some ideas for Valentine's Day luxuries on a budget that will amaze your partner.

And if you do it just right, with a little creativity, you can have the ultra-romantic day that will convince your loved one of how much you love him or her. Again.

Getting out into the open air, just the two of you, is a great way to spend Valentines. Head for the hills or the state park. There are walks to suit all - whether its an easy walk or a more demanding hike.

Remember, it's February, so its likely that the place will be deserted and you will have all that natural beauty to yourself. And outdoor privacy is so romantic!

Take along a special picnic when you go out. In a small picnic basket collect a tablecloth, a vase with a realistic rose in it, 2 taper candles with holders (don’t forget a lighter) and a lovely meal for two.

When you reach the picnic area you can surprise your partner by setting the table for a romantic meal. Sit down and enjoy!

You could take the picnic with you on a romantic drive, or for a day out kite flying or bicycling. Remember that it’s being together that is important.

The outdoors idea even works for couples that have children. There's always plenty for the kids to do if there is a safe and empty playground close by.

What better way to celebrate your love than by keeping one eye on the children and reminding yourself why you love them, and their other parent, so much.

Don't fancy the great, romantic, outdoors? Cooking your romantic Valentine’s meal together is a great way to share the day. Male sure that your dinner choice is something you will both enjoy, even better if its a special treat you don't often have.

Go over the top in decorating the dining room and go to town on the place settings. Make sure you both dress up in your best clothes, as if it was your first date, with your best jewelry and scent.

The main thing to remember is that if you are together you will have as romantic a time as you would have at a posh resort or an exclusive restaurant. It’s the thought that counts, not how much money you spend.

When a lover leaves: how do I overcome the pain of separation?

Have you loved and had the devastating experience of your beloved leaving you? Have you felt the pain? Does any other pain come nearer to it?

Yes, the pain of losing someone by death may come near to that. But even that is not comparable. By death, you lose your sweetheart forever and know that she/he is no longer in this world. But if they leave you, you experience the shock that is unsurpassed.

You know that your beloved is in this world itself, but you have no strength to find out where? You have no strength to meet and find out the reason for the betrayal. You get so numbed with the shock, that you can take no more pain. So you are left to live with that pain yourself. And that life is nothing but death at every moment.

When I cry for my beloved, the tears that I shed are more precious than heavenly pearls, says the poet in me. Yes, one cries, and one finds no one to share that cry. If you talk to people around you about the break down you are facing, they will probably call you a fool for grieving.

After sometime, you stop talking to anyone about your pain. That keeps the pain inside you. That kills you slowly, but surely.

Can one overcome this? Very difficult.

The very fact that you fell in love that submerged you tells about your personality. Such personalities that give themselves totally away, find it very difficult to bear the loss of love. Snatch a child away from the mother and measure the pain of the mother, you will find out what I am talking about.

Why does the mother grieve so much? Because she carried the child in her womb for nine months, she cared for the child after birth, she kept awake for her child for endless nights and she dreamt for her child at all the times. The child was an extension of her own personality. The loss therefore becomes unbearable.

In the same way, those who love deeply, love their beloved like their own child. They care for the beloved like their own extension. Their love and their beloved become an essential part of their personality.

Therefore, when that love walks out, the grief is immense and the loss immeasurable. What is to be done?

No one can say about this. It all depends on the personality.If that person can somehow continue working towards a useful goal, while keeping the pain all the time inside the heart, life can be carried on for sometime. But ultimately that pain of separation will engulf the person.

I talk with many women who don't understand what brought their relationships to the point of needing therapy.

After all, 'they don't ever argue with their husbands'. Well, of course that sends a huge, waving, red flag up. If you NEVER disagree, you probably aren't being honest or worse - not saying anything.

Relationship silence.

It's a poison for you and your partner because usually when you've reached the point of silence - or shutting down - and just not wanting to deal with your partner on any type of meaningful communicative way...you're in big trouble and could be headed for a break-up or separation.

You know that your relationship is suffering from silence when you haven't debated with your partner about anything in the past few months - in fact, you haven't had an interesting conversation about anything that is important to either of you in the past few months or weeks.

You have disconnected. And either you or he initiated the silence in an effort to stop having to deal with judgments, criticisms, and other negative conversation killers.

When there is healthy debate or even heated arguing in a relationship, that means that both people are trying to get their voices heard. They are trying to get their points across.

They are trying convince their partners of something or convince themselves. Any way you slice it - opinions are out on the table and both of you know where the other stands. With silence, no one knows where the other stands. There is a lot of guessing and assuming, because no one is being heard. And we all know where that can lead.

Relationship silence is easy to cure. Just start talking. The biggest hurdle is for someone to take the first step. The second is to begin to understand why you both shut down to begin with.

What was the last big argument you had? And what was said? And if the silence has gotten beyond the point of anyone taking that first leap of faith - you may need an impartial person such as a mediator, religious leader, or therapist to help you through it.

Quick Tip: If you are afraid to talk to your partner because of what his reaction may be - ask yourself "what am I afraid of?" What would the worst case scenario be if I demanded to be heard? Do I trust my partner not to judge me, berate me, or leave me if I speak up?

Life after divorce: living your life with ease

Going through a divorce is a very challenging time in a person’s life. It is hard to adjust to being single again, as well as living “out of the habit” of being married, especially if you have been married for many, many years.

Eventually, you begin to think about dating, but it is suggested that you take your time. Use this precious opportunity to rediscover yourself.

Think of this time in your life as an adventure to explore the real you. If you have worked outside the home combined with being a mom and wife for the last ten, fifteen or twenty years, you may have lost yourself along the way.

Certainly not on purpose, but as most women try to do it all as “super” moms, many times we put our own wants and needs on hold to keep our families and jobs running smoothly!

Take a deep breath and let’s start to rediscover our true passions and say…Will the Real Me Please Stand Up!

1. Treasure Your Gifts Within

Realizing we are all born as “gold nuggets” is a hard concept for many women to believe about themselves. Think about how magnificent you really are!

Over time, you might have forgotten your unique gifts and are only thinking of what you don’t like about yourself or your life. Set a new intention, starting today, to list all of your great qualities and read that list everyday. Keep reading it until you believe it.

Examples: beautiful smile, kindness, generosity, loving, caring, intelligent… keep going. Your list is endless, when you start focusing on your great qualities. Allow yourself to see the shining gold within. It’s already there!

2. Give Yourself A Break

During and after a divorce it is common to have the feeling of grieving, similar to that of the loss of someone. Many women feel the need to stay busy to keep their minds off of this stressful time, such as working overtime or cleaning the house from top to bottom, but let this time also include pampering yourself.

Barter with a friend or neighbor to watch your children or leave work a few minutes early so you can stop to sit on a park bench long enough to get that sense of the unique and special YOU.

Take this time to experience life even for only 10 minutes without feeling like a wife, mother, sister or daughter… simply you!

Yes, you do deserve to do something special for yourself. It can be as simple as taking a bath or a walk, going to the mall or reading a book with your favorite cup of tea. Give yourself permission - it’s O.K. Remember, the happier you are, the happier your family will be!

3. No regrets! No bitterness!

Holding onto regrets and bitterness will only keep your life from moving forward. Is your inner voice working overtime with all the “what ifs” and “if onlys”?

This is normal for a period of time, but ask yourself…are these thoughts serving me or helping me feel better? Will thinking about them over and over again change anything?

To move your life forward, it is important to acknowledge your feelings and to learn from your past experiences to prepare yourself for the next exciting chapter of your life. Yes, there is life after divorce. Learn to let it go! Just, let it go!

4. Enjoy the Little Things

Life after divorce usually means added responsibilities. If you are a single parent or are now the one responsible for the once shared to-do list, how do you handle it all without being totally stressed out?

To start, learn to laugh more, especially at yourself. Learn to let things go and not take life so seriously.

Lighten-up!

Learn to live in the present moment. Living in the present is where all the “good stuff” in life happens. Yesterday’s worries are gone forever and tomorrow’s to-do list can wait. Think of it this way, when one is missing this moment in time, one is missing out on one’s life.

So how do we live in the present?

If you are feeling stressed, immediately leave your thoughts in your head and take off your blinders. (Blinders similar to what a horse would wear, not allowing it to see from side to side).

Start to look around you. I mean really look around you. Look closely at everything. Really focus. Use all your senses! For example, if you are with your children observe them.

Cherish their smiles. Give them a hug. See the true beauty of who they are and appreciate them for being a part of your life. You will start to feel your stress subside and a feeling of peace sweep over you.

To be present, no matter where you are, use all your senses to pull you back into the moment. Take time to appreciate all the beauty that already exists around you. You only have to be present to see it!

5. What Makes Your Heart Sing?

What really matters to you? What do you feel is your true purpose in life? If someone asked you that question, how would you answer them?

Why is it so important to be clear on what your life’s purpose is? Knowing your purpose, will give you a true sense of who you are and why you were put on this earth. It gives your life direction and helps you make clear and easy decisions concerning that direction.

It’s your compass! Without a purpose, can your life be compared to a piece of driftwood; Floating endlessly in whichever direction the tide decides to take it and ending up on any beach with no will of its’ own?

When you live your life based on your purpose you are living in integrity with yourself and are in alignment of who you really are in all aspects of your life - body, mind and spirit. Take this time to focus on what really matters to you. Feel the true passions that exist in your heart and write them down.

6. What Are Your Vibes Saying About You?

Are you familiar with the Law of Attraction? Maybe you have heard the expressions, “What you think about, you bring about” or “The more attention you give to something, the more attention it will give to you.”

When going through a divorce, your emotions can be compared to a roller coaster ride. Use this time to become reconnected to your inner awareness of who you are.

Learn to sit still and quiet until you understand what emotions you are feeling. Realize that your feelings and sensations are okay, then learn to listen to what your mind and body are telling you.

Here is a great tip…recognize if your feelings are low energy or high energy.

A few examples of low energy are stress, negativity, fear, resentment, or a sense of lack (lack of time or money) and high energy is joy, abundance, happy, positive, love or compassion. If you are having feelings of low energy, how do you make a shift to feel more of the high energy?

First, acknowledge and accept the feelings you are having. Be gentle with yourself! Your goal is to make a shift, but realize you might not be able to go from low to high instantly.

Start with baby steps! Repeat step number one and become present! Be thankful for what is working in your life right now. Do something simple like pat your pet, smell a flower or, if you are in the office, take a minute to think of a previous fun time or experience you have had that could bring a smile to your face.

Feel the shift you are starting to make in your energy.

Now, to amp up this high energy feeling, think of another time of joy or something you were passionate about in your life. Keep adding these thoughts to your high energy feeling and begin to feel great!

Does it seem the people or situations around you have changed or is it you who has really changed? So, who has the power to feel their own joy? When you are feeling your high energy, this is the time to take your next inspired action and enjoy the feeling of accomplishing something with ease and less effort!

7. Be True To Yourself

During and even after a divorce, we are often filled with doubts. We question ourselves about what is right, what to do or how we feel. Should I or shouldn’t I? It seems difficult to make a decision.

Listen to your heart. What feels right? What doesn’t feel quite right? If a situation does not feel right, honor your resistance by pausing or waiting. Sometimes waiting is the best thing to do. By waiting you may have allowed the situation to unfold more easily without having to worry!

If a decision feels good or right, usually that means you are heading in the right direction. When we listen to our hearts, we are in integrity with ourselves. When we are in integrity with ourselves, we learn to say NO more easily.

Has this ever happened to you? You are asked to be on a committee or to volunteer for something and you say yes, even though you know it will make your schedule even tighter or you really don’t want to or have to?

How do you stop this from happening? Next time you are in this situation and you are ready to say yes, yet, find yourself having doubts, try this … STOP! Take a breath or even take a step back (this action will prevent you from saying yes).

Pause!

Thank the person for thinking of you, but let them know you will have to check your calendar and get back to them. When you do have time to think about it, focus on how you are feeling. Are you excited to volunteer or do you feel some resistance? If in a day or two you are still feeling doubtful, realize the timing might not be right for you. If you are still excited, join the committee and have fun!

Divorce is not easy or fun and you can make it through this time of your life by realizing you WILL make it!

Also, honor yourself and listen to your heart! Your true purpose and passions are waiting to be rediscovered within you! When you have discovered the “gold nugget” you already are, you will start to live your life with more ease and enjoy the feeling of peace. “You are truly free!”

Attracting Girls: What you must not tell your girlfriend

To be in loved with a girl and start a relationship is a wonderful thing. Long term relationships are usually based on love, trust and honesty.

Even if honesty is very important in a relationship, sometimes may be hurtful. There are some things that can't be told to the partner because it may hurt her, or make her change the opinion about you.

For example, some bad things you've done in the past, a truth about her that will make her feel bad if you tell her, and so on.

Even if you love her very much and you are getting pretty close, these things that can affect your relationship should be kept in secret. Sometimes you can best show her your love by keeping your mouth shout.

So, before you start to be too confident and directly with her, you should take a look at these things that may destroy your relationship.
1. Never tell her she is getting fat

Even if this is true, you can't tell her this. It will make her feel very bad, and will think that you don't like her anymore. Think about how she would feel if you go there and say: '' honey, you could stand to lose a little weight ''.

Let her decide when is the time to lose weight because she will do it without you hurting her. In most of the cases when a man told her girlfriend that she got fat, he gets dumped.
2. Don't tell her how your mother would have done things

I know that for men their mothers always represent a model in life, but we have to admit that all the families are different. So, we have been raised by different kinds of parents and in different ways of life.

Everyone is taught to do things in their ways and that's why you can't ask your girlfriend to do things or to live like your mother. A woman can have her views and opinions, and all you can do about this is to tell her stories about how you were raised and how things have been done in your family. You should adapt at this new way of life, without comparing her with your mom.
3. Don't tell her that you like to visit your mom too often

Maybe in that moment you love your mother more that her, but you don't have to show it. She may think that she is competing with your mom, or worst, that you are depending on mommy. It is not at all in your favor.
4. Don't criticize her when she is trying to do her best

This is the worst thing you can do. If she sees that she is trying hard to do the things fine and you begin criticize her, she would feel disappointed that you don't know to appreciate her for the fact that she is trying her best. So you should get over it, and offer you to help her in doing that job. Maybe next time she'll be doing better.
5. Never tell her if your family doesn't like her

Even if your family dislike her, it is better to not tell her because she will get angry and insecure. This will create future problems and tension between her and your family.

All you can do is to let your family know that she is the one you have chosen and they have to respect your decision. Try to make them change their minds about her.
6. Don't remind her about your ex in a special moment

Never ever compare your dating nights or things you do together with the ones you have done with your ex. It might happen to go with her in places where you have been with the other, but don't remind her that. It is a hurtful thing for her to see that you are still thinking about the other.

Also, never compare her to your ex in bed. She will feel bad to find out that the other was better than she in bed. No woman likes to be compared to another, in any aspect.

7. Don't recognize if you have done bad things in your past

If she doesn't find out already, you better keep your mouth shout; it is in your favor. If you tell her that you have cheated your past girlfriends, for example, she will have a totally bad opinion about you, and also fell disappointed. So these things you shouldn't divulge.

8. Never tell her that a football game is more important for you than her

Even if is an important game, don't tell her to let you alone in that moment because you are busy and don't have time for her. You better smile and pretend that you are listening to her too, and try to catch the key words. She might ask you what she was talking to you to test you.
9. Don't tell her that you hate her friends

Because she knows her friends for a long time that she knows you, it is not a good idea to tell her that she doesn't like her friends, or to say something bad about them. She may get angry about this, so you better pretend that you like them and everything is ok.

10. Don't ask her to relax when she is very angry

When she is very upset, scared, or very angry the worst thing you can do is to ask her to relax. This will make her angrier because she will think that you don't take her in serious. If you upset her by making some bad things, if you just say her to relax she will understand that you are denying that there is a reason to be upset.

11. Don't tell her that you are insecure

In a relationship or dating woman is looking after a strong and confident man. So if you are insecure, or you are jealous on her because, for example, she has a better salary than yours, you have to keep this aspect just for yourself. She doesn't have to know it if you want that things between you to go well.

12. Don't declare your love during a fight

The words ‘‘I love you ‘‘mean a lot for a woman that's why it should be said at the right moment. But most of guys say this during they have a fight with their partner, in the worst moment ever.

When you are mistaking in front of her, and let’s say that you feel guilty, you want her to forgive you, so you declare your love for her. It is a wrong choice. She doesn't believe a word in what you say because she considers that if you really loved her you wouldn't upset her. You may say you love her but only after your fight is over.

13. Do not tell her that you like her girlfriend

Maybe one of her girlfriends is very beautiful and you would like to meet her first, but your actual partner shouldn't find this.

If you say her that her best friends looks very good, she will feel hurt, angry and will never trust you around her friends. So keep it secret and make sure to not be obvious from your attitude that you like staring at her girlfriend sometimes.

More Than a Friend: How to Turn Your Guy Friend Into a Committed Lover in 5 Easy Steps!

Most men will tell you that if you want to shift a relationship from being "just friends" to lovers, all you have to do is ask. But that is not really true.

If you have been friends with a man for a long time, he is probably stopped thinking of you as potential lover long before now - even if he had hopes for more when you first became friends.

But do not give up hope - there are things you can do to make your friend into a lover:

1. Remind him that you are an attractive woman.

He is probably told you over the years what he likes best about you - and you probably know him well enough to know what he finds appealing in the women he dates. So now it is time to highlight those features in yourself and make sure he notices that you're a flesh-and-blood, dateable woman.

When I transisted into having everything in my Personal Enviroment be of Highest & Best Divine Design I really started to notice a difference in the Energy of what is Resonate Vibration or not.

People, Places & Things that were of Resonate Highest & Best Vibe would give me an Instant Feeling of Upliftment & Joy, which would be continuous & in fact the Energy, Joy & Love for it would Expand over Time.

This Upliftment Would be Energizing, Peaceful & Joyful.

The Upliftment Energizing Feeling is Not like a Jolt of Excitement nor does it have The Feeling of Struggle or Trying to Make Something Fit & or Work.

In fact it is Subtle most of the time, and I have passed over things & not noticed what is Highest & Best till I picked something that is not Highest & Best to give me a contrast.

This happens cause Highest & Best Does Not Hit You over the Head.

I used to not be that subtle, sensitive and or aware with sensory acuity type of guy and would need a “whack in the side of head” to get the point of something and or to figure something out.

The Soul Gently Urges.

It could be thru an “Inner Whisper” or a “Constant Back of the Head Vision” that Pops Up in the Quieter Moments.

It also could be a Kinesthetic Feeling State You are Moving too and or Conceptual Position & or Construct You are Trying to Reflect in Your Subjective Reality

GETTING CLEAR ON OUR HIGHEST & BEST LIFE PATH

As well, We all have an Ultimate Destiny Path we are gently being urged upon.

Life can stall or Block that Movement along that Higher Direction but its always there in the Background gently pushing us & urging us.

In fact the Greatest Challenge I have had in Creating My Dream Life is Being Distracted by ADL which are the “Activities of Daily Living.”

Until I developed a System to have a Disciplined Focus, I was overwhelmed by all the Choices & Contrasts we have in Our World as well as the all the Stuff that is important to life a normal life in our Society.

What I wanted to Create was fuzzy or non-existent until I got Connection with my Body & Emotional Feelings States which act a Clear Guides.

For Years it was Hit & Miss until I enlisted these signals & learn how to read them.

So Today, I do Know what person, place or thing is Highest & Best for me and or What is my best Direction & Destiny Life Purpose I now have Clarity & Divine Guidance at Every Turn.

Sometimes I ignore it or logic my way, away from it but soon I am brought back to what is Highest & Best when I strictly follow the Feeling Signals of Comfort, Energy & Upliftment.

As well Now, I see My Highest Destiny Pathway Unfolding clearly not, only in Myself, because of the Clear Body Signals of the Feelings of Comfort, Energy & Upliftment I also see it CLEARLY in those around me, be it, clients, student’s friends, relatives as well as people in the Public Eye.

When you engage On this Pathway & or Encounter some person, place or things that are Highest & Best for You, you Find that once You are Attuned to this Universal Feeling it is Unmistakable when its there.

The Joy, Peace, Energized Upliftment enlivens you & gives you a feeling of it all being worth will.

Melody has coined the term CUE as a reminder.
The C stands for Comfort
The U stands for Upliftment
The E stands for Energizing

I have added the letter Q to CUE & personally I call it Q-CUE
because of the Character Q on the Star Trek Series where Q who is Omnipotent Being that can Manifest Anything with the Snap of His Fingers and Q also stands for Quality of Life, which is the Goal of Our Dream Life to give us the Highest & Best Quality of Life.

When something is Highest & Best and or We are Consciously Moving Down Our Ultimate Destiny Pathway, both Heaven & Earth Move to Support us, many times in just the "Blink of an Eye."

Hi all,

Dr. Robby here to say hello and let you know that if you are searching for the Love of Your Life and you want to have the Relationship of Your Dreams its not only possible but it is part of our "Mission' in life to "Create the Life & Relationships of Our Dreams."

INTUITION VS ENERGY WHO WINS???

INTUITION VS ENERGY
Which is More Important to Follow in the Moment??

Hi Y'all, I sound a bit like Brittney in my opening however this is Dr. Robby asking you a powerful question that can totally make a difference in your life when you grasp this concept. Many times when I was learning this new way of abundance and life I was told to connect with and follow my intuition and of course my divine inspirations.

All good advice, however at one point I confused Intuition vs Energy. Years ago it was after Halloween and it was getting darker and darker earlier each week as we moved thru November. I sensed from my intuition that it was going to snow soon, cause here up North we get snow anytime from Halloween on, ( scary) and one day it was clear and fairly warm and I had a few hours of daylight so I got this thought that I should wrap up central air conditioning unit at the back of the house before the snow flies.

In fact a couple of hours later I got clear intuition and signal from my divine higher self it was going to snow, but I had zero, zilch energy to go out to the shed and spend the 15 minutes of so to cover the AC unit and bring out the shovels and set us up for the winter. I felt confused because my assumption was that if something is highest and best and if intuition or divine inspiration is banging on the door. then one should follow that. I wasn't tired or anything cause I had lots of energy to work out and run a few miles earlier and I was jazzed about going to the store and doing some stuff on the computer but absolutely no energy for the Winterization thing. So I was confused and wondered what gives and when I woke up the next day we had 7 inches of snow on the ground and the weather report said it was going to be cold for a while so I though OMG, I should of listened to my Intution. However I have been trained and know for a fact ENERGY rules but I was wondering how could this be, am I deluded. Well even though there was 7 inches of snow on the ground my energy for doing the AC thing was not there and I have learned not to fight with my "no energy level" for a particular task so I let it go.

The Next day the snow was gone all melted. It was warm and sunny and I had a ton of energy to get all the winter stuff happening. I got my snow boots, out, mitts, winter coat. I even got all Melody's stuff organized. I took my car in to get winterized and there was no line up and service was totally friendly and fun. I wrapped up the A/C in 5 minutes flat, in a warm fun pleasant sunny afternoon and I was all jazzed to go on with my day.

The morale of the Story is...... Intution gives you Information Energy is guides you for action The Intution was correct but not relevant in regards to actions of course act on your Intuition if the Energy is there but otherwise treat Intution a good information but not Divine Guidance to take action. Energy is the Connection to the Universe so follow your energy and your joy

There are a number of things that can cause a solid marriage to crumble.

One minute you’re eating pot roast gathered around the dinner table; the next you’re watching your spouse pack up the family vehicle and you’re torn between despair, anger, and a broken heart.

Your mind may be racing through the past few years, remembering when you first got together, to the last discussion you had.

Is it possible to go back and change things? No. You can’t change the past, no matter how many years you’ve been together—but you can start fixing things between the two of you.

Sit. Relax. Talk.

In order to fix your marriage, you need to get on even ground again. Right now you may be feeling as though things are extremely lumpy between the two of you, so you need to even out the playing field.

Schedule a time when the two of you can sit and talk. If it’s possible, get to neutral territory. One of my closest friend told me that when her husband and herself were having a huge fight, they called a babysitter to come watch their children and took off.

They didn’t talk about anything in the car, but instead drove to a beautiful river about 15 minutes from their house. They sat by the river and talked about what was going on in their marriage, and about how they could fix it.

Being by the river relaxed my friend, and being out of their home relaxed her husband. It was the perfect spot for them to talk about our problems. Seriously, when you are out in the nature close to the trees and waters, your moods change - for the better!

There are a few rules you have to both agree upon before you have a discussion.

1. No yelling. Yelling is not conducive to solving your problem. It does nothing but anger your spouse and cause negative emotions to escalate, so avoid it at all costs.

2. Stick to the issues. Don’t drag things in from years ago that have already been settled. If your spouse cheated on you 10 years ago, but you’ve forgiven them and they haven’t touched another person since, don’t drag that into the battle. Leave the past alone and work on the present and the future.

3. Time yourselves. Some people tend to be so passionate that they don’t let their partner get a word in edgewise. Bring an egg timer along and give yourself a specific amount of time to talk.
If you are able to follow these rules, you can have a discussion and get down to what is really making the foundation of the marriage crack.

Forgive

Once you’ve figured out what the problem is, you need to forgive it. It may sound a bit strange, but you need to forgive the relationship for not being perfect.

After all, the relationship is made by the people in it, and nobody’s perfect, which means that no relationship will be perfect. Understand and forgive that.

Once you’ve gotten everything out, you should either be on the same page, or agreeing to disagree, which is fine as well. The whole point of talking is to be able to focus on the problem and get rid of it, or learn to deal with it.

Touch

Once your marriage is a little less shaky, it’s time to build the supports back up. When is the last time you greeted your spouse at the door with a long hug and kiss when they arrived home from work?

If your spouse comes home after you, greet them at the door. Offer a huge hug and a relaxing kiss so that they can truly transition from being at work to being at home.

When’s the last time you danced together? Dancing is an excellent way to get your bodies used to each other again. Sway to some music in the middle of your living room, or do the jitter bug in your kitchen! Enjoying each other is a wonderful way to keep things fresh and healthy between the two of you.

Sex

You do not want sex to be the most important thing in your relationship, but it needs to factor in at some point. Sex releases endorphins, which elevates your mood. It’s a way for the two of you to connect that you can share with no one else, and is both stimulating and comforting.

Sometimes we get so busy we forget to spend time together in bed; so schedule time!
Make it a date! For example, every Wednesday night you can shut things down early and meet each other in the middle of your bed.

When you learn to talk openly and spend plenty of time touching, enjoying each other, and making love, your relationship has nowhere to go but up.

Are You A "Yeah, But I'm Special" Person?

At our Centre we on occasion come across individuals who are looking for information to solve this “incredible” or “complicated” or “totally horrendous and many times quite sad situations they are in.

Since we are practical and streetsmart, we give them advice and solutions they could not get anywhere else and some of them sometimes just say “ Thank you for the information, the information is sound, I understand and it’s probably works for other people… but… this is special or a unique situation so that wouldn’t work for me.”

The Fact is the Universe sees everyone the same in the sense that everyone is subject to Universal Law, so no one is really special although everyone’s ego makes them feel this way because of their unique situation, how ever even though the specifics are unique they are still governed by principle and universal law.

Then they launch into why it wouldn’t work and add a new piece to the intricate puzzle they have weaved.

Now I can’t be too hard on these folks because I was one of these unique special people with a unique special circumstance that would render me powerless in spite of the best help or information.

People create an unsolvable reality because of their mindset. Their paradigm affects their perception so that even in an abundant world with limitless options they only see a small part of the potential and lock themselves in to double blinds and a reduced set of choices that lock them out of getting what they want in the way they want

So they seem to be in an unsolvable situation.

So is their problem really unsolvable? Are we scratching our head wondering about how they have the energy to write 20 emails adding every little twist to their story to make sure they get every conceivable detail out because of course their story and situation is totally unique?

Well it only seems to unsolvable to them for at a certain level of consciousness they are actually NOT able to solve their problem.

The Consciousness that is required to solve an issue or issues is higher than where the person is at so they have to spin like a hamster in a wheel until they transcend to a paradigm and level of consciousness that will allow them to see all the perceptual options previously blocked out by their limited vision.

Now myself in the past and many of the folks who find themselves in supposedly no win, unsolvable situations actually have a pattern that causes them to lock themselves from the answer which is information or a coach that can shift their consciousness.

Now while this is all going on you might wonder, if we all create our reality, why would they want to create unsolvable problems for themselves?

Are they just looking for attention and or a support base? Are they just trapped in the Old C.A.P. ego patterns of needing a problem to solve? Is it a subconscious mind pattern? Is it just an unconscious habit or maybe a mismatching metaprograms?

Well, it can be any or all of the above, however it can also be something else going on that we discovered about myself when I was younger where I would create crazy, unbelievable, unsolvable, “special/and or unique” situations for myself that would prevent myself from having success in any area of my life.

What I created for myself stemmed from the belief that if I suffered and pit myself against insurmountable odds when I rose above and conquered my horrendous obstacles not only would I gain and earn my own sense of self-respect and self worth, everyone else would also recognize my odyssey and all that I went through to break through. In other people’s eyes I would have worth, respect and be a hero. It’s like the little hobbits in the Lord of the Ring Trilogy or Carl Jung’s “Hero” and “The Odyssey” archetypes.

Unfortunately this approach to gaining title, worth and a sense of deservability doesn’t always work for myself and others for several reasons:

I would set my “Difficulty Dial” up so high I couldn’t get out of the creation I started.

I spent most of my life in a state of struggle.
At the end of the day people didn’t notice what I achieved.
Other people in my life would runaway or shutdown or shut me off because they couldn’t take my constant unsolvable problems anymore.
I would bring a whole bunch of people into my unsolvable problem with me.
I would not get what I targeted or what I wanted from launching my journey in the first place. E.g. Win the respect of the girl like in the “The Great Gatsby”.
I put my body in a stressful state which leads to health problems.

So is there a better way to be a hero?

Actually to understand the answer we are giving you here you actually have to shift your paradigm of what reality is and how reality works.

We create our reality through the patterns and programs of our Subconscious Mind Field.

Reality is Fluid so we draw in people places and things that support our dysfunctional patterns and programs.

In a way everything is staged and/or made up for our benefit whether it’s good, bad, ugly or amazing.

The Fact is we are love and it is an abundant world and it is our natural state to have the life of our dreams. If we don’t have that then we have some sort of pattern or program that is limiting our inherent good , love and peace of mind so something is blocking and wrecking all that we desire and deserve and that can be removed once we become of aware of the Universal & Subconscious Mind systems.

So here are some points to consider on the Real Way to be your Own Hero:

Well, of course accepting that YOU are an unconditionally loved, perfect, equal and worthy piece of the universe is the ultimate paradigm shift, so that way they wouldn’t need to seek approval from outside sources.

Also realize that if YOU really need to be a hero, then it is much easier to be a hero by getting what you want easily and effortlessly.

Since YOU do create your own reality you can draw in people into YOUR life that sees YOU as a role model of success, happiness and joyful living who want to be abundant in all areas of life. It’s then a win-win for everyone, everyone is expanding instead of remaining stuck in their unsolvable problem, instead everyone including YOURSELF is problem free and unstoppable in pursing the life of their dreams.

How many times have you repeated something over and over to yourself?

Maybe you were in a stressful situation or you were trying to remember something, in any case, you were repeating a particular sentence to yourself in order to burn those words into your head. Now, have you ever gotten that phrase out of your head?

Probably not. But this is a good thing.

Much like a song that gets stuck in your head, when you repeat something positive to yourself over and over, it also becomes stuck in your head – and that could lead to wonderful things.

Affirming that you deserve more

What’s interesting is that most of us already use affirmations to help change our lives – we just aren’t using them in a positive way.

We’re typically thinking to ourselves that we’ll never get this or that thing, and that we’re just not going to get anywhere with our lives.

However, when you change this tape that’s playing in your mind, you can start to change the outcome in your life as well.

The power of positive thinking has been linked to increasing health, wealth, as well as success because it creates a new way of thinking that in turn leads to a new way of living, living your dreams.

What you’ll want to do

A great way to start changing your life with affirmations is to find some that you like. These can be found on the internet or in a wide variety of books, though simpler ones are better and easier to remember.

You might even write one yourself to really increase the positive energy of the saying. Try going through a few different resources first before settling on just one or two that you will use.

Many self help books and support groups will tell you to repeat a certain line or phrase to yourself in order to strengthen your resolve when you feel like you’re becoming tired in your quest.

These are generally referred to as affirmations because they are affirming the contents of the saying and creating a new possibility or idea in your mind because of the repetition. And they are extremely effective.

Think of these as success attractors and they can become a part of your life in just minutes.

Here are some examples of affirmations for success and fulfilling your dreams:

• If you can believe it, you can achieve it.

• What I’m doing right now will help me in the future.

• I am going to have ________.

• I deserve _________.

• I am on the right track, even if I veer off course.

• I am worth the abundance that I want in my life.

• It’s only a matter of time until I see my wealth grow.

As you can see, these are all positive statements that are empowering you to remember that you are headed in the right direction for the abundance and wealth that you want to attract in your life.
How can you use affirmations during a typical day?

You can memorize affirmations to repeat them in your head or aloud if you like or you can write them down and place them somewhere that you will refer to them often.

Some people find that creating a specific time to repeat them to themselves allows them to get into the habit more easily.

For example, you might want to repeat them to yourself when you are lying in bed and just about the fall asleep. Or repeat them to yourself as you’re driving to work. Find the time to use your affirmations and they will increase in their power.
Other ways to use affirmations

If you’re interested in attracting wealth, you can place a positive affirmation in your wallet or purse to further connect the idea of money and positive thinking.

You can also use multiple affirmations or just a single one – that’s entirely up to you. You can hang affirmations on the walls of your home or office or simply carry a slip of paper wherever you go.

Some people have even gone so far as to tattoo the affirmation onto their arm – but that’s really not necessary.

Affirmations are a great tool for changing the way that you think and stopping negative patterns in your mind once they have begun.

Instead of having negative thoughts stuck in your mind, use an affirmation to remind yourself of the positive things that you want in your life and the fact that you will be living your dreams.

You may find that there are ways that you can get your girlfriend or wife to feel emotionally secure. You will want to care on how secure they feel, because if they are not secure with who they are and the relationship, then it is doom to fail. For you to keep the relationship going you have to care.

You have to do things that make her feel special. You will need to make sure that you think about her everyday in the actions and words that you choose. You need to let her know that you care by looking at her for support as well. When a couple is able to support each other, they will be able to find the secret to a successful relationship.

First, you need to tell her that your love her everyday. You need to make sure that you tell her this, because sometimes she needs to know. You don't just want to tell her that you love her like after sex or when she does something for you, but after you have just gotten home or before you leave. You need to allow you to hear the words. When she runs out of paint for the hall, be the first one to volunteer to get more. The little things count and they always count. You will want to plan something very special just for her.

Also to make her feel secure you have to catch her when she falls. You need to be there when she fails and you need to be there to give her support. You need to make sure she always has someone to give her a hug at the end of the race and you need to make sure that she has someone to bring her up after a hard day at work.

Not only do you have to support her when she fails, but you have to support her to be better. She needs to reach her own personal goals and if you love her, you will do anything that will help her to feel important and successful. You will need to support her, by all means, when it comes to her dreams.

Finally, you need to always leave her by doing something special so that she knows that she is the object of your affection. You may want to leave her a special love note, or you may want to do something to make her feel loved by giving a huge or kiss. You will find that there are tons of ways that you can improve your relationship, but always leave her with something.

You need to take your relationship serious. You need to work for her and try to show her that she is safe with you. How CREATIVE are Feelings??

In our other articles over the last month or so we talked about how thoughts are not really things and that beliefs do not necessarily make something be or come true.

You may have come across in your studies, that its really the feelings that create your subjective reality and experience..

I would agree ones feelings do create the vibe in ones body and being and that is picked up by Universal Law and stuff comes back into your life that reflect your general vibe.

Generally in the Universe there is flow and based on your frequency and vibe you will be positioned in the flow at a place that will reflect that vibe.

So if you have a low level vibe based on slow negative feelings such as blame, guilt, resentment and shame you will draw in all sorts of low life happenings.

Like you come across a great trailer park to live in, your truck will break down and your boyfriend will dump you for Sue Ellen the hussy who works at Walmart.

I am just kidding I don’t want to offend any one living in a trailer but I hope you get my drift.

Actually, I shop at Walmart. Some times on Saturday Night Melody & I go on a date to Walmart and we have lots of fun there getting all sorts of neat stuff for our houses..

As well, I shouldn’t talk trash, cause after I misused the law of attraction as I wrote in my True Love on Demand book I crashed,

At that time in the later 80s I had to live at mommys for a few years cause I was a low life in terms of income.

In addition at times when my level of self esteem around career and money was down if affected my overall vibe and this was reflected in my income.

I was failing at things in my career and couldn’t understand why because in the eighties I was a multi millionaire and always at the top of my profession

For example when I first met Melody we lived in a rooming house in the core area of our city and we had barely enough money to make it.

The reason for that was that I had lost my way in terms of my money making ability after my crash.

Although I healed my body and trauma in many areas and had gained enough knowledge to have a nice comfortable life with Lucy I found after Lucy and I broke up I was out on my own and realized I had lost my drive for biz and I was not clear on my life purpose at that point.

These mixed feelings and lack of clear direction caused my vibe to drop.

So the Universe reflected all of that back to me with various locations and events that were all a mirror of what my general feeling state and vibe was..

Even though I had a good vibe in terms of relationships and was on a love high being with my soul mate Melody I still had some baggage with career and money issues. .

In the 90’s I started to learn about the Subconscious Mind, Patterns and the effects of feelings and vibes all mixing in with Universal Laws and that’s when I made the connection and decided then I don’t really have to work part time at Pizza Hut along with my other job to make the mortgage.

Yes in the early 90’s I did a lot of things to make ends meet cause I had a poverty consciousness after I crashed even though I had healed my body and relationship issues.
That poverty consciousness and lower sense of value and worth drew me to any kind of job just to make extra money.

By the time I met Melody I had realized that love was not enough I had to address other areas of life I had not attended to and look in to the deeper issues keeping me stuck in career and money.

There are 4 levels of healing and we need to heal all the levels in all areas of life that we are not living our dreams in.

Today I live in nice houses and have a very easy life, and of course have the love and relationship of my dreams with Kitten (Melody) cause my feeling states now are joyful in all areas of my life. .

The biggest difference now is my general feeling state and vibe.

In our A+SECRET program coming out later this year I teach folks how to clear out their subconscious patterns that keep recreating events and feelings that keep us stuck in various level of success and life.

As I cleared these out I was able to move up the money, career and life purpose ladder. As I aligned with my true soul values, I could create a lifestyle that harmonized in the highest and best way with my mind, body and soul.

I also had to get how Universal Flow. Actually this month in our inner circle private members blog that you get access to when you buy True Love on Demand, I am teaching readers how to align with Universal Flow to get all you want very fast in synchronicity.

Divine Design overrides everything when you tap into it so it doesn’t matter what you are consciously thinking or not.

Any back in the day…

The biggest source of low vibe for me was the fact that all though I didn’t consciousness acknowledge and recognize it I felt shame most of the time.

Kids like me, who come from critical and controlling families that give the message that you are not good enough or what you do is different and wrong create adults who never feel good about them selves and if they don instantly reach all their goals and standards they end up feeling bad all the time.

And if on top of that one is criticized when they are in cycles of failure ( for example when their visions or ideas of how things should be are not manifesting) and or fails at even one little thing they will shame themselves for not being good enough.

Add to that body shame, or social situations gone awry, something breaking or things not working out the way they expected then people feel really bad.

So shame was a big part of my life with out really knowing that consciously cause that was my normal feeling state hence vibe.

In fact it was a life theme.

If you look over my history of the last 25 to 35 years I have attracted many humiliating events because I had shame in my body.

If you have shame or guilt then you will attract events that give you embarrassment, shame or guilt.

And until I got that out of my subconscious mind and body system I keep attracting these events even though I was a positive thinker, and had belief and visualized my good.

See the subconscious over rides your conscious intentions and creates patterns that attract in events that keep recreating the base feeling state of your childhood in your family of origin.

In my family the predominate feelings, were shame, guilt, anger, loneliness, criticism and resentment.

So what did you think I felt most of the time and what kind of things do you think I attracted.

The mates, the jobs, the money and the lifestyle all are mirrors of our general vibe which is rooted in our feelings and of course created by our paradigms and mindsets.

Many of us are not aware of our vibe and most of us are not aware of our feelings. We tend to focus on externals and the situation of things.

For example if you were to ask me, how I was feeling I would say fine cause these emotions were my natural vibe and state so unless something dramatic was happening and I was really angry or something really bad happened and I was feeling really stupid and guilty then I would say I was fine, but really there were so many things in a day that would recreate shame for me and I didn’t even know it.

Are THOUGHTS Things??

What!!! You are probably saying, how can this be.Yes, I am sure this sounds like heresy in this new age of Secret and Law of Attraction Material.

Dr. Robby are you saying that if I think about the love of my life and or visualize manifesting my soul mate it might not happen.

Are you saying that if I focus on wealth and material good instead of what I don’t want it wont come into my life.

Robby what are you saying actually.

Well these are all good questions, but first before I answer them I would like to give you a bit of a personal history lesson.

For years I visualized. I was a champion martial artist for years and would compete successfully in major tournaments all across North America.

If you have heard of Chuck Norris and Bruce Lee you probably know that these experts used visualization and positive thinking before they would enter the ring.

I spent some time in Colorado Springs at the Olympic Centre and knew that the top champions in the world would regularly be trained in and use visualization.

So whats the deal you might be wondering when I say that thinking and visualizing about things wont make it happen.

Well I have visualized moves and eventually had them come to pass. I have had feelings of winning and achieving things and they have come to pass, however there is a caveat.

THERE IS ANONTHER FORCE AND SYSTEM OPERATING UNDER or in fact Beyond OUR CONSCIOUS MIND.

In fact there are 2 major systems

One is our Subconscious PatterningTwo is Universal Flow.

Actually while I am thinking about it. When you can feel something will happen you are probably sensing the rhythm of a subconscious program or pattern happening.

Have you ever got the feeling that a partner was going to do something even though it might be something you would think they wouldn’t do but they did and it turned out to be a similar pattern to your previous partner.

Well that’s an example of a Subconscious Pattern running.

So even though your conscious thoughts are about everything going good and nice bam, you are caught in a reality that seems to be a reflection of past stuff.

So you might be wondering why then if you are practicing the law of attraction and doing the stuff in the Secret why is your partner or potential love of your life so darn hard to predict.

Well, in True Love on Demand, I speak of the time when I was chasing Virginia. I was thinking obsessively about getting with her. Did these obsessive thoughts make it happen. No In fact my obsessive thinking was symptom of my severe stress and anxiety disorder. A by product of a digital thinker who’s life isn’t going the way they want.(Read Melody’s Love by Design to understand about Digitals and Analyticals.)

In fact as time went on and the more I would think about being with her the less promising our future was looking.

Remember at this time in my life I was a champion martial artist. Did my great powers of Visualization charm Virginia into leaving her Raymond and come with me. No
I guess Ray could out visualize me.….or could he???

And Ray was in fact visualizing as well.He was the only person I had ever met that would at a certain time each day get on the floor, lie down and go into a meditative state and visualize things he was seeking.

At that time it was a job and new home and a new life with Virg.

At the time I didn’t understand how the Forces of the Universe and Internal Forces of People worked.

In True Love on Demand I demonstrate to you “How not to use Universal Forces.” In fact I will teach you about boombacks that happen when you weave Universal Forces with the wrong vibes.

This is all amazing stuff, however a lot of what I teach supercedes what you learn in the Law of Attraction and Secret Books.

I was actually listening to the Secret just before I wrote this article. I have it in Audio Form from Audible.com and so I have it on my Computer on ITunes and I have an Ipod that I listen to when I cuddle with Melody in bed.

You are probably thinking, oh Dr. Robby sounds like a real person. Yes I am real and do real things.

In fact its funny, I get a lot of emails from people saying.Oh, I hope I am actually talking to a real person and I usually write back saying. Yes I am real.

Many times I write emails while sitting with Melody as we watch TV and movies and play on our computer in our Media Room. We call it the Writers Loft.

Anyway enough about me, lets talk about me some more. well actually about what I learned about “thoughts are things”

So my point is that thoughts are NOT things.

Decision is powerful though

Melody and I decided a few months ago to get a new home.

We are always buying houses and moving around cause we are Real Estate Developers as well as Guru’s.

So within a few days, boom we had sold our house and bought a new one.

All from a thought. Cause we were thinking of moving for a year or so and nothing happened till we definitely decided. Get it????

Well you see, its was more than a thought.It was a decision. Are thoughts things, No they are thoughts.

You can spin in your head for years with no decision and have no effect on people, places and things.

There are nut houses full of people spinning in their head all sorts of thoughts and imaginings.

They don’t mention that in the SECRET do they?

Are decisions things. No

HOWEVER, they do put out there energy that affects the flow of things.

Have you heard the statement

When man/woman definitely decides, Providence moves too.

I always wondered when I heard that line, do they mean Providence Rhode Island.

Hey if any of my readers are from Rhode Island, let me know if Providence moves everytime someone makes a decision.

Well I am just being funny here to make a point.

The fact is I do watch synchronicity happen EVERY TIME I MAKE A DEFINITE DECISION.

The Forces of the Universe do rally around.

The Truth will set you free, however first of all many times it will piss you off cause its not what you want to hear.

I was at the Centre a few weeks ago and a client was waiting for Tanis.

He said you are Dr. Robby aren’t you.

I said Yes.

He said, How come I am not seeing you, I understand you are some big expert and guru on Relationships. I said Yes, I am however I only see people who are interested in the Truth and what I have heard about your case you are not interested in the Truth.

He said, Oh yeah why would I want not to hear the truth.

I said cause people have agendas and lot of folks at a given stage come to counselling or read books cause they have an agenda of getting some person to do this or that.

He said Really, Try me.

Well, I certainly like this fellow’s spirit. His name is Arron.

So I started telling Arron some truth about relationships. I was talking about highest and best and how his situation may not be aligned with soul desires.

He stopped me in mid sentence and said.

Hey, I don’t like the sound of this. I don ‘t like what I am hearing and where this is going.

So I replied back, that’s why I only see certain clients in my inner circle who are ready to learn about reality and how create the life of their dreams from that platform.

He said thanks, and Tanis at that moment came out and he went into his session. At the end of his session he was happier and nodded to me on his way out.

A few weeks later, he came back beaming. Apparently over a few sessions, Tanis with her amazing style was able to gently impart Truth to Arron.

I am kind of blunt and too forthright for most folks, however Tanis has a more subtle approach and warmer personality so she is very effective with clients.

In any event Arron said Hey Rob, You were right.I did not want to hear the TruthI had an agenda and I was not in the mood to listen to anything contrary to what that was. But thanks you really opened my eyes and I bought Melody's Love by Design book you co wrote and now I understand why I have been having so much difficulty with my girlfriend and why I shouldn’t really waste a lot of time with her.

I am keen on getting your True Love on Demand book now cause I am able to leave her and find my true soul mate.

Well I felt kind of vindicated, cause I have over the years gotten a lot of negative feedback when giving folks the real deal.

In any event Arron has moved on and now attracting wonderful relationships. I sort of got off the topic here.

So you can see if you have a bunch of thoughts and an agenda like Arron did and I did with Virginia that even with using the Secret Stuff will not get your girl back, or get the job you want of have a BMW show up in your driveway.

However don’t despair, and get discourage. There is an answer and its even better than you can imagine.

There is a powerful system that we can tap. Universal Forces are at your disposal, however you better learn how to use them and go with the Universal Flow and neutralize out your Subconscious Mind Patterns, otherwise all your thinking, hoping and Secret Stuff will be like flying in the face of a strong wind.

Why The Bleep Should I Forgive All The %+*^#@ Who Jerked Me Around In Relationships??

On the Spiritual Path you hear a lot about Forgiveness and Gratitude.

In my early years on my journey to enlightenment I thought that these were all very silly concepts, especially if you would of realized how many times I got played at the table of love.

That was back in the day, now over 20 years ago.

I have really come a long way baby from that original thinking.

Today I am a highly recognized Relationship Expert and basically a Guru to many people around the world and known in some parts as the Relationship Wiz.

Back in the mid eighties, though I was basically an idiot.

I was like a monkey with a machine gun, In fact I was dangerous cause I was learning about Universal Laws, Visualization and other principles so I could get the girl of my dreams.

I was looking for a more power and bigger stick to control and influence those around me so I could get what I wanted.

After I exhausted all the normal channels of personal development, sales, and communication techniques I realized I need more to influence and get with the people my ego felt were right for me.

In fact I was using all these principles and laws the wrong way.

I was also mistaken as who was my highest and best.

Why Self Love Is Important To Draw In Your Highest & Best Ultimate Soul Mate

When I was a kid, I used to read Self Magazine and other popular publications that suggested we just love and accept who we are.

Back in the day, I thought that was just a load of BS cause I really didn’t like who I was and wanted to be like my hero’s and celebrities I saw on TV and in the movies.

I was figuring out that to get the girl or if you are a girl reading this to get the guy that you had to be attractive, and what was attractive standards was set by the latest trends, fashions of those in the public eye.

I realized I didn’t meet the standards in some areas so I embarked on doing things that would bring me up to par and or to compensate for what I was lacking.

I didn’t know it at the time but I felt insecure about my self and felt in order to win the love game I had to bring my self up to acceptable levels

In other words I felt I had to compete and win.

I felt it was just a matter of trying harder to improve my self and or trying harder to influence those around me to like and love me.

Little did I realize that this was ALL A BIG LIE.

Flow vs forcing a result

As humans we are wanting to get what we want.

In relationships we want our conditional needs met on top of all the love, attraction, friendship and fun we already have.

If we are looking for our Ultimate Soul Mate, we usually lock on to someone who we are attracted to and care for and try to make that relationship happen and once we get with them and hook up we try to get them to stay even though they may or may not be our highest and best.

I was sitting in my office the other day watching couples fight as per usual at the Centre.

My thought was if they had only learned as children how to negotiate for their needs instead of fight.

We have all been brainwashed in the Competitive Adversarial Paradigm to fight for our needs.

The use of Control Drama’s as well as all sorts of manipulations and charms are such a waste of everybody’s time and energy includign the counsellors.

It’s mostly “he said, she said” and can you fix my flawed partner kind of BS we hear in the counselling room. .

People are not taking responsibility for their life and relationship circumstances.

If your partner is flawed look in the mirror and see who drew in someone who was flawed.

Like attracts like.

The fact is thru the Law of Attraction we have brought into our lives the people and circumstances that we may complain about and rail against.

Allow and Accept even if you don’t like it vs using influence and control techniques.

We are trained in our society that we can fix or influence our partners. The reality is most of the time you cannot.

In my book True Love on Demand. I teach people how to use Universal Laws and Principles on how to draw in ones highest and best mate.

If you are spending a lot of time fixing your partner, consider getting rid of them and pulling in better pickings using Universal Laws.

Don’t waste much time and energy trying to fix or influence your partner to give you what you want.

Just ask them nicely and if they don’t get it, love and accept them and if you feel its highest and best dump their sorry ass.

Emotional Intelligence means you maintain a happy loving positive state and are understanding and empathetic to your partner even though they are not meeting your conditional relationship needs.

Relationship Smart vs Dumb means you realize that relationships are a mutual filling of needs and if your partner does not meet your conditions accept them or leave them if they don’t want to change on their own to meet your needs.

One of the hardest lessons I learned in my metaphysical wizardry training was that “Abundance is our Natural State”

I would look around and even though people would say when I didn’t have a girlfriend or was in a lousy relationship that there was “plenty of fish in the sea”, I saw a lot of fish but not many or any to my liking.

Back in the day I did not understand that in a “Sea of Energy” what we resonate with and desire can come to us very fast and easy if we understand quantum field principles.

What you seeking is seeking you even if in the population it seems logically pretty scare.

In the energy field we can draw in easily all that we desire especially if we have a clear subconscious with an installed program that aligns with our conscious intent.

When I became a millionaire, I secretly had a sabotage program that caused me to go bankrupt.

In my relationships when I got the beautiful wife I lost her, and when I found my beautiful Soulmate Virginia she was unavailable

All these kinds of things were happening because my Subconscious Mind Field was running interference in an otherwise abundant world.

One of the biggest mistakes I have made with women in my life is not knowing their personality styles and the differences between them.

My fatal mistake was to treat people the way I wanted to be treated. I thought the Golden Rule was the Key. Its is in some general social situations like common courtesy however frankly people are different and have different personality styles ( in fact there are 16) , they have different communication styles which translates in relationship as different love styles and communication modes.

As well we all have different Value Centers and Personal LifeStyle Preferences.

So the next tip is to treat people the way they want to be treated.

Relationships are a Mutual Filling of Needs and you need to give the person you are pursuing and dating what they want in the way they want it otherwise your will lose out long term.

There are certain strategies to Attract and certain Strategies to Keep.

Give People what they want in the way they want it not the way you want it. People are different and want different things so the person you are wanting to be with has to be understood in terms of their Personality, Value, Vision and Communication Style

There are general Subconscious Mind Principles that govern all human interaction regardless of Personality and Communication Style. We spoke of a few earlier ie Authority, Defining the Relationship , Expertise, Power etc.

However once you have got someone’s Attention and Interest then your job is to give them “What they want” specific to their Unique
Combination of Personality, Communication and Value Factors and ideally have their Vision align with yours.

The next tip or secret which many men do unconsciously when they meet a woman but soon forget about and in fact is one of the biggest reasons why woman leave down the road is that of

Attentiveness.

Its part of the AIDA formula both marketers and successful daters use.

AIDA stands for Attention, Interest, Desire and Action

You want to get Attention and Interest right off the bat. You want to give Positive Attention once you have the party interested but not in a way that makes you only a nice guy or friend and then you want to build Desire by tuning into the unique person your are with and giving them what they want in the way they want.

This is a big Secret of how to keep a person from ever leaving you. That is to get them and give them what they want because 99% of the competition has no clue about differences between people and how to tune in an give a given person exactly what they want

Frankly people expect you to know who they are an give them what they want. Most people are unconscious to the differences in others and when I discovered this an adapted my behavior I became ultra aware and very successful with women.

Its was a great light bulb moment. There are many resources we have that will allow you to tune in fast as to who you are playing with and then give them what they want.

Paying attention, giving respect and unconditional love and approval is very attractive to a woman. There is a caution here though. If you do these things too early and without defining authority power and stature with a social system you will be perceived as a nice guy and will shoot yourself in the foot.

Based on the Personality Style of the person you are interested in Attention and Stroking is very valuable. If they are a more dominat task oriented type of personality then Respect and Approval of their rules and methods is there alluring drug.

One of the other 7 Principles for Relationship Success we teach in Love by Design is to be Strong and Independent. We talke earlier about this young lady who was in my office and me previously 20 years ago lose out when we presented needy dependent behaviors.

Neediness is a repelling energy. Partners of both sexes want confident , interdependent, independent to a point people. A Strong emotionally, financially independent person is attractive.

When I financially somewhat dependent on Lucy she started to resent this after a few years and wondered when I would start to contribute more and be a co provider.

Relationships are conditional and most both men and women want assistance in creating a home and family.

Emotional neediness is draining to the other person People want partners that love and respect themselves and who have it emotionally together and are independent and interdependent in a healthy way.

Being unavailable emotionally and totally aloof will eventually backfire in a long term relationship because most people crave intimacy unless they are emotionally shut down. Should you be with a personality or person that is like that then your best strategy is to match that level of behavior.

If you think of a Relationship with a person as a series of plug ins the more plug ins or lines of connection with them that you have the better.

So if you are emotionally open and affectionate and that’s what they want then it’s a good thing you have those open lines of connection.

If they are closed in the department and you have those lines open, you will eventually annoy them. If you have those lines open but don’t define authority and have a certain power and respect you will eventually annoy them.

Are you getting how these principles converge or don’t and that how to make it work especially if you adapt them to the specific combination of personality style , values and vision you are playing with.

One to the next secrets to keep Strong and Independent is to understand the Reality of this World and Universe.

Most of us are programmed and trained in what we call the Competitive Adversarial Paradigm which is based on the assumption life is a struggle and resources are scarce.

If you develop and keep this belief system you will fall prey to victimization, powerlessness and end up pretty needy and desperate in relationships.

The weakest position anyone can be in a relationship situation is believing that their partner or potential partner is the “only one for me” If you believe you can replace something whether it’s a car, job, house or partner you have pretty much undermined your negotiating position and will probably lose in the long run and suffer extreme emotional distress.

Those that win in the Relationship and Attraction Game are those that can lose a given round and that know there are plenty of “fish in the sea”

Otherwise you will always be needy and desperate which are very repelling energies.

There is great abundance in this world. You can tap into once you leave the competitive adversarial belief system and see the big picture in life.

What you are seeking is seeking you however you will not be able to attract that if you belief life is a struggle, things never work out , I am not good enough or all the good ones are taken.

Your belief system will shut you down and cut you off from the great potential out here. There are 5 billion people to choose from

You need to adopt a belief and attitude that there is great choice and abundance and that if a given situation doesn’t work out it’s a stepping stone to a better one.

People will sense your insecurity and neediness.

There is chemistry attraction friendship and fun plus you and they get along and have similar lifestyles, goals and dreams.

You don’t have to slam a square peg into a round hole. If you have an understanding that you deceive your highest and best and can have that you will be very attractive out in the meet market because people will sense your optimism and strength and that is very attractive.

People don’t like the energy of powerless people whining about how they are victims and that their life is a struggle. We want people in our lives and we want to be folks who create the life they want and have the systems and power to achieve that.

That is quite attractive.

So this is a great tip to adopt these attitudes and develop in the areas you need.

You are as good as your system and any good system has a certain belief underpinning and paradigm linked with specific strategies and skills that create success.

According to ancient myths, our lives are played out at the whims of gods and goddesses rolling dice and amusing themselves with our fortunes and disasters. If we succeeded in this world, we were lucky, and if we failed, well, maybe Zeus was just having a bad hair day.

Sounds a little ridiculous, doesn't it?

That's because all of us have had the experience of working diligently, maybe for years, to achieve a goal, and then others congratulate us on our good luck when we know full well that luck had nothing to do with it.

Luck?! Yeah right...

Random good fortune is rare, gods or no gods. Personally, I have spent twenty years studying the top achievers in many fields, and it's obvious to me that luck is rarely a factor, unless we want to redefine it as L.U.C.K.: "living under correct knowledge."

The reason I titled my book True Love on Demand is that I have learned success and true Harmonic Relationships & Wealth can indeed be measured and duplicated, two criteria for scientific study. And the truth is that the internal game runs the external game: consciousness drives results, as you've been learning throughout this e-mail series. Most people tend to think the opposite, however; they believe they have to do something different to get different results, but the reality is that they have to be something different. Being is consciousness.

Remember your school locker...

Truly, when you get the combination of how things work at a consciousness level, then you can open the door to success every single time. It's just like having the combination to a padlock. If you don't have the combination, then you may open it periodically (success may occur temporarily), and then you'll chalk it up to chance, but you'll also set yourself up for frustration and failure.

Many people do this.

They have a great month or quarter or year, then it slips from their fingers and they don't know why. That's because they don't know consciously what is driving them unconsciously — the TBS as you've learned in the previous e-mail lessons.

Creating a rapport between those two levels of consciousness is really what The Secret is all about: How do we consciously choose where we're going, what we're about, what we want to create in our lives, and then hand it over to the unconscious mind to move the body into action to create the result?

Like learning to ride a bike — or...

It's like learning to drive a stick shift. At first, you have an awful lot to consciously control: the gears, the clutch, the steering wheel, the brake, the accelerator. Then, in time, it becomes automatic, unconscious.

How often do you drive totally unconscious...

And we even develop the ability to drive from one place to another without thinking at all, to arrive at our destination and wonder, How did I get here? In fact, we might even go places we didn't plan to go, such as the office on a Saturday, just because we're on autopilot.

Life can be like that, too. But if we want to create a genuine rapport between the conscious and unconscious where we choose our destination and the unconscious supports us in getting there, we can use the Universal Laws of Harmonic Relationships & Wealth which was based on the work I did for my book, The Secret to Creating the Life & Relationships of Your Dreams.

Each of these laws, which I called SuperLaws, were drawn from physics and applied to daily life. We have been studying these laws already in small pieces throughout the course and is include in our Secrets of the Universe and Wizardry Mastery series.

Laws, not Luck, is the name of the game...

If you talked to a physicist and asked, "What creates our universe," he or she would answer, "Energy."

If you requested a description of energy, you would hear something like, "It's in and through everything, and all that ever was and shall be. It has always existed and it can never be created or destroyed. It's always coming into form, moving through form and out of form."

Then, if you went to a theologian and asked the same question, you would get a similar explanation:

"What creates our universe?"
"God."
"Would you describe God?"
"God is in and through everything, all that ever was and ever shall be..."

Same thing. It's just a matter of terms.

So clearly, whether you are partial to science or theology, energy/God is the source of everything; everything is comprised of energy. I once read that in our bodies, we each have enough energy to light up the whole North American continent for a week. Convert that to kilowatt hours, and it's worth billions. We are, just as everything else is, comprised of energy.

So our foremost task in following the laws of success, indeed the laws of the universe, is to use that energy wisely, which doesn't just mean to spend that energy, but also to collect, condense and escalate it. Who we are and the results we can produce are a direct reflection of the amount of energy we have within us.

There is a time and place for massive action, but there is also a time and place for no action. Clearly, to sit still even for a little while takes a lot of courage, since most members of our society don't buy into this idea. Instead, they're of the opinion that it's perfectly okay to go, go, go on the highway of life at 80 miles an hour and never stop for gas.

Extend the metaphor and it holds true: this is impossible to maintain, or the vehicles (we) break down. No gas, no go.

We see people for whom the go, go, go has paid off financially, yet their emotional lives run on empty. They've ego-powered themselves into certain monetary results, but they haven't taken the time to fill up in a long, long time.

Likewise, we know those who have admirable relationships but are financially broke, those who are devoted to spiritual practice but are also sick all the time, those who have great health but no real spiritual connection. All great teachers and sages have told us repeatedly that life is meant to be fulfilling and complete in all areas; we are meant to experience Harmony

Why is it, then, that so many of us lack vitality — positive energy — in one or more areas of our lives?

To the degree that we increase our personal velocity through the constant balance of yang (activity) and yin (inactivity/receptivity), we will find our environment and our world will change.

How can you put this to work in your life?

1. If you passionately feel that something is right to do, do it passionately. If you are ambivalent or uncertain, wait. Take time each day to be alone and journey inside (yin).

Are Your Creations Holographic?

Demystifying the Three Books! (Part 3 - Final)

Love by Design, Melody and I wrote that together. It is designed to answer the questions, “Are you the one for me?” and, “Should I stay or go?” It covers some of the material that’s in Counselor in a Box, just in a different format, in a different way. It’s focused on looking at the bigger picture, more for people who are at a crossroads and not sure.

It’s funny, I had a lady in last night, and she knew in her heart that she shouldn’t be there, but, you know, you have to come and check it out. I mean, when you know in your heart that you shouldn’t be there, but you need to check it out and give them that benefit of the doubt, or find out the reasons why, or, you know, a logical sort of process. Love by Design helps with that.

Also, it’s really great to give you perspective about what’s potentially out there, and also what potentially you could have in a relationship. I mean, the premise, Love by Design, is to have the love of your life, design your ultimate love, either with the person that you’re with, or to bring in other people who are more compatible, functional, available and committed to you. So, you know, that’s sort of what the focus is. And Melody has really put together a powerful package there to find out what that is.

Also, with the accompanying materials with Love by Design – I get a lot of recordings for that, and we did extra articles and all those kind of things – the idea there is to get a sense of what it would be like to be with your soul mate, how to recognize a soul mate, how to recognize the love of your life and ultimate relationship. I mean, everybody’s with their soul mate, or with somebody they love that they’re having problems with when they come into the Centre. They’re just not making it.

Well, why? Well, you know, it’s not about being with your soul mate; it’s about being with a soul mate that you can have an ultimate relationship with. And there’s lots of soul mates that you can’t have a good relationship with, because they’re not compatible, functional, available, committed, they’re toxic, they’re deficient, they’re not qualified. If you look at our model and look at relationships like that, you wouldn’t hire them for the position of your ultimate needs.

So that stuff is really important to understand. To get really clear on, that someone that you love and that loves you – I mean, everyone who comes into the Centre is having huge problems, that are on the brink of destruction or they’re done, basically. They love each other; they’re attracted to each other. They have trust, kids, mortgage, commitment; they have some or all of these factors. That’s not enough; love isn’t enough, attraction isn’t enough, commitment isn’t enough, kids aren’t enough, trust isn’t enough. In soul mates you have a spiritual, mental connection. Whatever. It’s not enough. A relationship is a totality; it’s a mutual fulfilling of needs.

So the Love by Design book and all of the accompanying materials sort of really give you a good road map as to whether you should stay or go, and are they the one for you, and what is possible, and where you’re at. I remember doing a test, I think in 1985 or something, or 1987, when I was in California and I was taking some seminars with Barbara DeAngelo, and I took her test on relationships – oh, no, no, no. No, this was maybe a little bit later when I was with Lucy; yeah, that’s right. And I took her test.

The test I took in 1987, or 1985, actually, was with Robin Norwood, who wrote the book “ Women who you Love Too Much” . And I was in this horrible, dysfunctional relationship with Virginia, that I write about in True Love on Demand, and that was interesting.

But when I was with Lucy, I took a Barbara DeAngelo test. And so I added up my total, and it asks questions about our relationship, and it said that I had like 15 or something, and it said, “You don’t have a relationship; you have a joke. You have an illusion. You have a fantasy. There’s no relationship.” And I was stunned, you know, because I had evolved a lot and worked so hard, and I felt like I wasn’t even in the ball park.

And so a lot of us don’t know. And by reading Love by Design, you get a pretty good idea. You’ll actually know if you read Counselor in a Box and Love by Design, you’ll know more than 99 percent of all professionals, people that are in the business of doing relationship help, experts like John Gray and Dr. Phil and your local counselor or psychologist or shrink or whatever. They really don’t know much about relationships. I know they’re supposed to, but they don’t. It’s a joke, but they’re not trained on Relationship Science, and they haven’t done the research that we’ve done.

So it sounds unbelievable, but it is really true, they have no clue. Although they do have the authority and responsibility to deal with these people and these kind of issues, but they don’t have the info that you need. They don’t understand our Relationship system, unless they have read our books or if they’re trained by us and that’s happening more and more as time goes on.

But basically the fact is, yeah, people don’t get this information. So you’ll know, you’ll be able to make your own decisions. I mean, that’s my whole philosophy. I’m not a counselor that creates dependency, and, in fact, I’m not really a counselor, I’m a consultant. I mean, I hold the title of counselor, but it’s consulting. You know, “What’s your problem?” “Here’s the solution.” As opposed to how to you feel about ….

And so when you have our information, it evolves your consciousness and mind-set, and so you will very, very readily be able to have the mind-set and conscious awareness to clearly make decisions for yourself. And we’re always here for you to bounce it off of. I mean, that’s my real world, consultant. People who want counseling, traditional counseling such as emotional support, someplace to vent, to cope with their lousy situation, I’ve got counselors at the Centre that specialize in counseling.

They’re traditional counselors with my information, but they have the caring, warm, loving personality to listen to people whine in their powerlessness and their stories about how it’s not that great, and he said-she said stuff, and blah-blah-blah. So, you know, that’s not what I do when people come to me; I’m a consultant. I’m like an engineer, “What’s the problem?” “Here’s the solution.” I do that on radio shows and in my books and tapes on the Net, and in seminars and in real sessions.

So that’s basically my role. And when you read the books, well, you’ll know what I know, and so you can pretty much consult yourself. But if you need help or a second opinion or advice, we’re always here by e-mail or telephone or in person, or in seminars.

Getting on to the third book, True Love on Demand, as I said, that’s totally designed for people who are really ready to leave their relationship and create better. It’s not designed to evolve your existing relationship or to try to influence or change or control your partner using metaphysics or universal principles. I mean, universal principles are predicated – the whole system is predicated on the highest and best for all, predicated on resident vibration.

So there’s two requirements here when you access and read that book and learn those systems. And that is, that you’re open to the concept of the highest and best for all. And you are also having the consciousness to support what you draw in. I said earlier in the tape, you can even draw in the love of your life, your soul mate, whatever, someone that you could actually have an ultimate relationship with, but if you’re not ready; you have deficiencies, toxicity and stuff that wont work long term. . When you read my book – there are two books actually.

They’re like a binary star, it’s like two books, two main e-books in the True Love on Demand package. One is called True Love on Demand and the other is Creating the Life and Relationship of your Dreams.

When you read those books, you’ll learn about all the stuff I did wrong, you know, in accessing the universal systems and principles, and how I was totally unqualified to be in a relationship, and I was not functional in many ways. I had toxic disease and deficiencies.

I was dealing with geographically, socially, functionally, emotionally unavailable people. I was doing many, many things wrong, and I had no clue, did not understand the game, did not understand all these 40 areas we talk about in Love by Design and Counselor in a Box. I had no clue about myself, my personality. I didn’t know that people had different personalities; I didn’t know that people had different communication modes, values, beliefs in other programs, you know, this style, money style, sex style, parenting style, blah-blah-blah, all these different styles of values, beliefs, philosophies, lifestyles, biology, and on and on and on. I thought everyone was like me and they wanted the same thing. I was stunned that people weren’t on the same page as me.

So having no clue, I drew in the love of my life, someone I could actually in retrospect, as I look back now, 30, 35 years ago. And she was from a healthy family, and she was a good person, and on the same page in many, many ways. I could have had, if I had the knowledge I have today, an ultimate relationship with her. But I just absolutely wrecked it, and so although I had the ability to draw it in, although I was using universal principles unconsciously at that time, as I was when you read my Corvette story in the Creating the Life & Relationship of Your Dreams book, and the True Love on Demand program.

So those books and all the accompanying materials with it, tons of MP3s and reading material, you know, teaches you how to use universal principles and the universal system, how to manifest your highest and best mate, and also material things, if you want to do that, and to do it consciously, and to do it effectively. And so it’s a very, very powerful system for attracting the love of your life, and very powerful for attracting career, money and material things. You know, the principles are the principles. You’ll understand various concepts of height and depth and synchronicity and how to connect with your guidance, intuition, down modes, all those kinds of things, how to bounce back, and how to avoid boom backs, and all those kinds of things that happen if you don’t use the system right, having the wrong motivation or the wrong consciousness.

So it’s really powerful, but again, it’s sore if you don’t have the consciousness and the openness to the highest and best, and understand the concepts. The universe doesn’t work the way you think it might, you know. It’s not based on what your ego wants; it’s not ego-based. The universe is universally based in the highest and best. And synchronistically, your highest and best for all is actually the best for you, and if you don’t have a certain level of consciousness, you won’t even get it. I mean, if Melody had shown up in my life 20 years ago, I’d go, “This is my highest and best? I don’t think so.” I had no clue because of my value-set at the time and my mind-set at the time, what I felt was right and best for me.

So it’s real interesting, and it’s evolving along those lines. And that’s why we recommend that you read the other two books with it, if you’re in that True Love on Demand stage. If you’re unhappy in your relationship and you have no relationship consciousness and you just read this book, you’ll draw in whatever; you’ll just draw in something interesting that will reflect your consciousness. And so it’s kind of neat.

And so Melody is now arriving; she’s coming in. And so I’m going to have an interesting talk with her.

So when you’re using all the three books, then you will be able to increase your relationship consciousness, your relationship mastery. You’ll sort of basically evolve in consciousness what it took me 20, 30 years to learn. And, you know, I don’t know how long – if it takes you two hours to read these books, a couple of days, a couple of weeks, you know, and then you have to integrate the information and sort of jump off your consciousness, but when you get it, it’s there.

You know, it’s enough there to sort of create the relationship of your life and dreams, and in an easy, effortless way. The True Love on Demand system is effortless; it’s not a lot of work. The only work you have to do is evolving your consciousness, and once you have that, then it’s simple and easy.

And so if you’re committed to doing that, that’s how we’ve written Counselor in a Box, for people to do everything possible to achieve that. And I’ve developed tremendous strategies. I mean, if you look at the material there and you don’t save your relationship, and you’ve understood and applied the information, and you still don’t save your relationship, nothing will help you. I mean, it’s the best material available, I would say, on the Net or on the planet. I mean, because that was my whole focus. I mean, even with Lucy, I was starting to go into being a counselor 20 years ago when I was with Lucy.

My whole mission with Lucy was to try to keep our relationship together, because again, you know, like Michelle, Virginia and Cindy (note: some sarcasm), she was the love of my life, I didn’t want to leave her, da-da-da. Notice every five years I have the NEW “love of my life”.

It’s funny my mind set at the time. I really believed these folks were my ultimate soul mate, and I thought “I have to keep this relationship together”, that sort of thinking. But you understand that that was my commitment, to find any strategy or technique and any learning to do that. Keep it alive at any cost. (How sad looking back on how deluded I was)

And I see that now, people e-mailing me, calling me, at the Centre or on the Net. That’s what they do, they want to find some strategy to influence their partner to make it work, or they’re willing to change to accommodate the relationship, but then ultimately they want their needs met, because that’s what a relationship is, it’s a mutual fulfilling of needs. Both people want to get what they want the way that they want it.

So I have strategy systems and training that is geared to involving the consciousness of one or both people in the relationship so that they can make it work. And ideally you want both people to get involved in developing a higher level of consciousness, but you can do a lot even on your own. So it’s a great book to start if you want to resuscitate and revitalize and repair a relationship; a relationship rescue, a relationship repair, a relationship resuscitation, a relationship renovation; you know, to make a better relationship.

It’s also designed for those who are just starting to have problems, or basically they just need a tune-up. I mean, I’m talking from a crisis position. A lot of people that are coming to the Centre are in a crisis position, but there’s a lot of people that do call me, that I do meet at seminars or on the net or at the Centre that just want a tune-up, they just want to improve. You know, some people are just totally into personal development and they just want to make it better. So for that crowd out there, Counselor in a Box is excellent.

Good evening. This is Dr. Rob, and I’m having fun, listening to the radio waiting for Kitten, which is Melody, my soul mate. And I wanted to talk tonight a little bit about True Love on Demand and Love By Design and Counselor in a Box and sort of how they all relate together, because people ask, “What book is best for me?” And a lot of times, depending on what your situation is, one book will be better for you than the other.

We recommend that you eventually read all of them, especially if you are in the True Love on Demand phase where you’re going out and trying to attract your ultimate love and soul‑mate relationship. You need a certain level of relationship consciousness and mastery in order to keep your relationship once you have it.

So if you just read the True Love on Demand book and you use the principles there, the metaphysical principles to attract, and understanding some of the dynamics that we teach in that book, and you draw in the love of your life, someone with whom you could have an ultimate relationship, and you don’t have a high level of consciousness, you haven’t done some personal evolution and relationship mastery training, then you could mess it up.

So we recommend that for those of you in that stage of finding the love of your life because you’ve left your relationship or you’ve decided definitely you don’t want your old relationship anymore, present one or past one, and you want to move on and go to the highest ultimate level, then we recommend that you also read the other books that you haven’t so far.

We’re going to have a whole bunch of other books come out in 2006 and 2007, and they will be in other areas of relationships, parenting, evolution and development. These are really sort of our core books.

We’ve sort of started writing and organizing our material in a way that it all builds on each other, and ultimately our goal and our mission is to help people create the life and relationship of their dreams. And this is in all sorts of areas. And ultimately “relationship” goes through the whole fabric of the universe. I mean, everything’s about relationships; your relationship with your body, your relationship with your kids, your relationship with your partner, your relationship with your environment, with your house, with your money, your career. You know, everything.

What is a relationship? A mutual fulfilling of needs. It’s knowing how to relate to or work with or align with what is highest and best for us. Take your body, for example. If you don’t give your body its highest and best resources, the environment and nutrition, et cetera, you’re not going to get back much and you will probably get unwell. . If you don’t treat your partner right based on their highest and best and your highest and best, you’re not going to have a good relationship. The same with your money, if you don’t treat that well, you end up losing your home, your car, et cetera. Again, everything’s about relationships and how you relate to things, even material things, as well as other things: Your computer even; if you don’t know how to work it, you’re going to be in trouble.

So looking at your situation, where are you at? Counselor in a Box was originally designed to illustrate what I do day-to-day with couples at the Centre in trying to resuscitate, renovate, revitalize their relationships. These people are committed to staying together; they want to make it work.

Some are deluding themselves, you know, they shouldn’t want to stay in the relationship, but again, that’s their goal and mission, that’s their dream, that’s their focus, that’s their need in terms of working in this area of their relationship. They want to keep it. Maybe they have kids and a mortgage commitment, history, family pressure, all sorts of pressure that they want to keep it together. So they’re totally committed to make every attempt at doing that.

I mean, that’s originally how I started out 20 years ago when I started to learn about relationship information. I started to learn relationship information so that I could help myself maintain and keep my relationships.

Now, I was pretty dysfunctional at the time. I was with pretty dysfunctional people. I didn’t realize how I was wasting my time back then, but, you know, you want to try. I remember going to counseling with Michelle, my wife at the time, and I was committed to doing anything possible to make it work. I was stunned that the counselor sort of just sat there like a bump on a log and didn’t do anything. But that’s how counselors are trained; they’re trained just to sit and listen and support and offer some platitudes or whatever. They’re not trained, especially in our country, in Canada and in my area, to be directive or to be advice-giving or to be proactive or solution based in any way.

So I was really disappointed with the whole process. But at the time I really wanted to save my marriage with Michelle, which, looking back on it, why would I want to do that? But at the time that was my consciousness. I just didn’t know any better.

And not saying that you or the counselors don’t know any better, but they may not. You know, you have a right to have any kind of life you want. We have free will; it’s not up to me to decide or to judge you or your level. I mean, if by reading the material in Counselor in a Box and Love by Design, you develop your consciousness and decide that you’re sort of wasting your time, that’s fine, but I mean, wherever you’re at, you need to pursue your goals and dreams. And so if you’re in that moment but your level of consciousness feels that you want to resuscitate this relationship or do anything possible, I think that’s a good place to start.

Solving relationship & life problems from a higher place

Or, in a completely different vein, say that you have come the conclusion that there is a problem in one of your relationships.

Whether you feel that: your mother criticizes you too much, your husband is aloof, your child is belligerent or your boss is a tightwad - by holding that perspective and bringing the conclusions from yesterday to bear in your relationships of today, you will most certainly find these people acting inmuch the same way - today, tomorrow and next week.

Applying 3rd dimensional logic to the situation, you'll come to believe that this is just the way things will be between you and the other party. In other words, your relationship is 'stuck'.

No such thing as stuck...

Well I don't buy it -- about the money, or the relationships, or the illness -- or whatever. On the contrary -- I'm a firm believer (based on my experience and the experience of hundreds of my students and clients) -- that 'Nothing is Ever Stuck.'

If you find the same situation appearing over and over again the repeating external circumstance is merely a mirror that you are bringing an old set of expectations and vibrations to bear in a potentially new situation.

If you wake up today focusing on debt, you'll attract more debt for tomorrow. If you wake up today affirming an illness, you'll have that same diagnosis tomorrow - and next week. If you expect your unappreciative spouse to forget your anniversary again this year, you'll be setting the stage for a similar confrontation on your 50th wedding anniversary.

As Abraham explains: "Sometimes we hear you say 'I'm stuck' and we say 'No you're not stuck, because you cannot stand still.

You cannot stop emitting a vibration so it is not possible you are stuck. Instead what is happening is that you are creating the same thing over and over again. It's changing but it's changing to the same thing..."

So what do you need if you feel 'stuck'? You need to make room for a 'breakthrough.' Notice I did not say you need to 'create' a breakthrough. That is not your job. You work is simply to let go of the way that you've been holding your vibrations so that you can offer a more open/less resistant vibration today – thereby allowing the Universe to bring you a slightly different shade of experience tomorrow.

Begin by making a list of the areas in your life that feel stuck.

Acknowledge that you have been, inadvertently, holding these situations in place and then acknowledge that you have the power to create internal vibrational shifts that will free the circumstances to show up in a new form.

And then, for each item on your list affirm the following statement:

"That's how it's been but tomorrow it will be different, and I like the idea of changing to something different."

Secrets to breaking the code - Unleashing Personal, Relationship and Universal Mastery & Power

I was lying down the other night and I was thinking about the Break the Code package that Cucan put together and what a wonderful resource it is.

It occurred to me, though, that 20 years ago when I was experiencing “Relationship Hell,” I had no idea back then how I could draw in and keep my Ultimate Soul Mate, or even deal with the Relationships that I was going through at the time so I could get out of pain and make it better or right with these folks.

I didn’t understand the “Dynamics of Relationship Success” back then, as well as how to work with the Universe.

If you read my True Love on Demand Package, you will see how I unconsciously used the Universal Dream Machinery with mixed results.

At times I created outstanding success, and at other times I got what we call huge “Boom-backs” that would knock me off my feet and cause terrible reversals.

I got tired of all the pain and suffering so, I started to slowly climb out of my confusion and hurt.

I did not have the Road Map back then, as I give to my clients and readers today.

So if you have not read any or many of our books and programs, I want to give you here sort of a guide map to access information to discover where you are and where you need to go to “Create the Life and Relationships of Your Dreams.”

I did not know back then that I needed to develop in three main areas.

I had to “Master the Relationship Game,” for to not do so would be like playing football with no concept of how the game works, and how to win.

I also had to stop using the Universal Dream Machinery in an “unconscious” way, because it was too hit-or-miss, and when I missed, it was like falling off a bike and having a big crash.

I also had to get my act together personally.

What that means is I had to learn to understand the structure and function of my Subconscious Mind and that it was broadcasting into the Universal Dream Machinery 24/7 a lot of things I did not want consciously in my life. AND I had to learn a lot about Self-Love and Self-Worth.

I did not really understand how dysfunctional I was.

All the programs, patterns, toxicity and deficiency I was carrying around were causing me to think and act in lousy ways around relationships.

I keep attracting replications of my early family and childhood wounds and unmet needs. I would be triggered constantly by the events and people around me, and was in a constant fight to try to make my relationships work.

I had no idea at the time that it was about me, and not the other person or partner.

I felt like a victim. However, unknown to me, I was a victim of my own making.

I did not know how the Subconscious worked. I did not understand that it was like a big “Computer Hard Drive,” and that it had absorbed all the unhealthy patterns from my family and society in and around relationships, health and money.

I could not accept scientifically, even if someone had told me at the time, that, in fact, this Subconscious Computer was working with the Universal Mind or Machine to keep recreating events, situations and scenarios that replicated all the lousy feelings I had growing up and struggling while in early relationships.

I would not have believed at that time that I was responsible for my plunge into bankruptcy and my up-and-down health issues at the time.

As a scientist, a street-smart paramedic and savvy businessman, I would not have accepted any of this "poppycock” and would have dismissed it with a wave of my hand.

The fact was, though, that not knowing how to run, maintain and restructure/reprogram my main operating system, and the subroutines of my Subconscious Hard Drive/Mind, I was basically at its whim and control….

And since it's directly connected to the Universal Machinery, just as our computers today are connected to the Internet, there seemed to be fast responses to create all sorts of duality and struggle in my life.

It's like running a computer that has a bunch of dysfunctional programs and viruses, and having all sorts of bad things happening.

If you don’t know how to run your computer, and bad stuff keeps happening, and you keep trying and wishing and hoping and praying that it gets better, it doesn’t.

So to rectify the situation, you need to learn how to “run and control and clean out and reprogram your system.”

So these basic measures you need to do for yourself. You need to have a basic understanding and primer for your own Subconscious Mind Computer-like Hard Drive and Machinery.

In my book “The Secret to Creating the Life and Relationships of Your Dreams," I outline how to do all this. The book is just being finished now and will be available in early 2007.

The second area of Personal Mastery I had to attend to was learning about “Self-Love and Self-Worth.”

Frankly, I did not know how to love myself and take care of myself emotionally.

I had no clue how I was abusing myself mentally and emotionally by allowing myself to participate in all these toxic and deficient relationships.

My level of Self-Love was low because no one ever taught me how to love myself. In fact, everything I learned in our society caused me to hurt and deny myself in some way.

We have a “Self-Love” Therapy and Training Program called “The Pathway to Self-Love,” and that will be released soon.

In that program, we give the fundamentals of how to care for yourself and avoid toxic, dysfunctional and unavailable situations.

The program contains practical advice, as well as “real life stories” of what I went through, and gives you the insights on how to create a high level of self-love, which will allow you, with a reorganized subconscious, to broadcast the right vibe into the Universal Dream Machinery.

Secrets to success with any self improvement program

Today I want to discuss how to dramatically improve the results of any self-improvement program. It doesn't matter if you use my material or any other program, book or strategy. In order to succeed at any self-improvement program, you must to do the following:

1. Decide on what you want and desire.

This is your intention. Write down what you want on paper. If you want it, you can have it.

Start with one intention and work on that and then you can go to the next, etc. Always focus on a positive outcome. Never say, “I DON'T WANT this”, such as “I don't want to be broke”. Instead, focus on what you WANT, such as “I want to attract more money into my life”.

As you do this I want you to focus on a THREE LETTER WORD that will guarantee your success. The three letter word is WHY…

You must be clear on WHY you want your goal or desire, or WHY you want to fulfill a certain dream. Always, always, always (should I say that again?) keep your focus on WHY you are doing what you are doing. A-L-W-A-Y-S!

Otherwise you will give up when the slightest obstacle stands in your way or it doesn't seem like it is “working”.

This is why 99% of people fail at any attempt to improve their life. They are not clear on WHY they want what they want. They are not clear on the BENEFITS. The WHY is always
more important than the HOW. In other words, WHY you want something will motivate you to achieve it. Worrying or trying to figure HOW you are going to get it only pushes it further away. So always focus on the WHY.

Your subconscious mind must be convinced that what you desire is what you really want. Not what you think you “should” want, or what others want for you, but what you TRULY want. If it perceives any change as a “have to”, “should” or “must”, such as “I have to do this”, “I should
do this”, or “I must do this”, it will resist the change. That will cause lack of perseverance.

As soon as you encounter the first obstacle that comes along, your subconscious will give you all the logical reasons why you should quit. If you focus on WHY you want what you want you will not give up easily but will be motivated to keep moving toward your goal, even if you have a temporary setback.

2. Commit yourself 100% to follow through UNTIL you get a result.

Read it again! I didn't say IF you get a result. There is a huge difference. I said UNTIL you get a result. Keep in mind, there is only one way to fail, and that is to quit.

3. Suspend your disbelief.

Do not prejudge whether or not the self improvement program, book or strategy you are using will work. Suspend your disbelief that it will NOT work for you. Keep in mind that it has worked for others and it WILL work for you.

One the most common obstacles I run into with clients is that they think, “I know this has worked for others, but in my case it is different.” In fact, I have never worked with a client who
didn't think that in their case it was “different”.

Trust me, your case is not different. Your circumstances may be different, but the underlying problem is the same.

4. Don't judge results too quickly.

Often people will have quick results when making a change because they are ready for the change and they have aligned their energy (more on that later) You could be one of them,
but allow some time for adjustment. Don't measure your results in hours, days, weeks, etc. ANY
improvement is a forward movement. Use even a small improvement as a building block to take the next step forward. You will continue to move forward as long as you focus on what you want instead of what you don't want.

Remember when you learned to ride a bike. It was relatively difficult at first to keep your balance. Then you got rolling and it seemed so easy. In the beginning we are often out of balance. Sometimes it takes a little while to regain our balance.

5. Measure progress from where you started.

There are two groups of people. The first group measures their progress against some kind of an ideal. The second group measures their progress against where they started. Measuring your progress against some ideal is kind of like trying to travel to the horizon. You can never get there because no matter how you move toward it, the horizon always recedes, so it always seems to be an equal distance away from where you start.

People that have that strategy in deciding whether or not they are making progress are always frustrated because it always seems to them that they are making no progress.

The second group of people are those that note where they were when they started. When they look back, it is obvious that they have made progress. Once I get this concept across to people, they will often say, “My God I have been doing that my whole life and I have been frustrated about everything that I have done. Now I suddenly realize that I have been making all kinds of progress in lots of areas of my life and I didn't even see it”.

We need to measure our progress from where we start. If you measure your progress on the horizon (ideal goal) you will always be frustrated.

6. Focus on the next step.

Always focus on what you have to do NOW - IN THIS MOMENT.

Forget about future results. Just keep your point of focus on what you want to accomplish IN THIS MOMENT.

Usually when you start to see progress you have this impulse to want to rush things. You want things to change “right now: This pushes you and drives you to “force” things to happen. As you will learn, less effort creates more results.

7. Doing What You Know

I am sure you know people who have studied personal improvement material most of their lives and have not made any SIGNIFICANT changes. They read, study and attend self-improvement seminars and nothing, or very little, seems to change.

Why is this so?

Simply because they are self-improvement “junkies”. Like any junkie they need a “fix”. But the problem is that even though it is a positive fix, they are still addicts. They are addicted to the illusion that the more they study and learn, the more their life will improve. If they can just find that one book, one program, one strategy they are looking for, their lives will turn around.

Of course, they never find it because they are addicted to COLLECTING INFORMATION. They read all the books and listen to the tapes and CD's and study, but they don't move forward.

Here's why…

It is not enough to KNOW what to do - you must to DO what you know. Read it again!

In other words, MORE INFORMATION is not the answer. Even the information you are learning in this e-course. I promise you that when you finish this course you will KNOW what to do.However, the goal for this article is to get you to DO what you KNOW.

I am not saying that learning new techniques and strategies is not helpful. I buy hundreds of books and attend dozens of seminars, but I know that the INFORMATION will not change
my life. The change comes when I APPLY the information UNTIL I GET THE RESULT I desire. In other words, when I DO what I KNOW.

My intention for lessons of this article is to set you up not to fail. In other words, failure is not an option if you will DO what you KNOW. (Actually apply what you are learning). If that is the case, then you are ready for the next step. You are ready for the Million Dollar Secret That Can
Change Your Life.

RELATIONSHIP ADDICTION : When You Can’t Let Go of Toxic Love & Emotional Pain

In this article we talk about “How to Recognize Relationship Addiction” and “How to Transform Yourself” to “Create the Life & Relationships of Your Dreams.

When being in love means being in pain, you know and feel at some level something is not right, but you seem powerless to fix it or leave.
In our last article I was sharing the story of when I was trapped in dysfunctional addictive relationships.

Before we start lets define some terms so we are all on the same page.

Addictive means that you keep wanting and craving something that in the long term is not good for you cause in the short term it gives you some pleasure and relief. Usually the more you interact with an addictive substance or person you always feel less satisfied and the good times get less and less.

Dysfunction means “not functional” which means doesn’t work long term.

Toxic means hurtful to you, dangerous and or damaging short and or long term

Codependent means you are putting your needs ahead of someone else in a way that is toxic and or hurtful to you.

Dependent means you need something for your peace of mind, happiness and or emotional/physical balance

Relationships are a mutual filling of needs and healthy happy relationships have both parties getting what they want in the way they want it. As well good Relationships are absent of getting a lot of stuff you and your partner don’t want in the way they don’t want it as well.

People and Relationships need to be functional, available and compatible.

A model we look at when we look at Relationships is what we call the Toxicity & Deficiency Model.

When you don’t get what you want in a Relationship you are in a “Deficient state”. When you get a bunch of stuff you don’t want in the way you don’t want it you are in a “toxic state”

Deficient and or Toxic states creates Relationships that don’t work in other words a “Dysfunctional Relationships “

As we defined earlier “Dysfunctional Relationships don’t work long term.

If someone is not available that doesn’t work and creates deficiency.
If someone is not functional and hurtful to you that is toxic and hence dysfunctional.

If you are with someone who is not compatible for you then you are faced with lots of deficiencies and usually some toxicity

Now if you are in a deficient and or toxic relationship with someone who is either not compatible, functional and or available as I was when I dated Virginia and host of others in my “having lousy relationships phase of my life” you are probably in the pain of Relationship Addiction.

When you cant let them go then that’s not Love that’s Addiction.

So when being in Love means being in pain then you need to get out of your mindset and understand the true nature of Relationships, Love and Reality.

Relationship Addiction means you are addicted to Relationships that don’t fulfill you and or are hurtful and toxic to you.

In other words you are trapped by these “dysfunctional” relationships with people who are not right for you , but you stay out of love and or fear.

We fear because we feel that we love these people and that we cant replace them cause we think they are our Soulmate or only one for me

All that is an illusion, however before I gained Relationship Mastery which is the material in Melody’ Love by Design Book at www.lovebydesignbook.com and Counsellor in a Box Principles found at www.counsellorinabox.com I did not realize how wrong it is to stay in a Relationship out of love, attraction, and commitment.

I was with “unqualified people” who were, either not available, functional and or compatible. When I learned these concepts I really started to look at Relationships with a different point of view.

This “Paradigm Shift” is important to creating success in your life and relationships.

The Second Paradigm Shift I had to make in order to “Create the Life & Relationships of my Dreams” was to understand how the life and the universe works.

I had to get out of fear and realize I there were higher and better people for me and I could actually attract and deserter to be in a relationship with them.

I actually also had to belief that they could be better than what I had because I was trapped in the mindset that they were the one and only Soulmate for me which was an illusion as well.

Its not about being with your Soulmate its about being with your Highest and Best Soulmate who you can not only have great love , attraction and connection with but a healthy functional happy relationship with.

If I can speak to you in plain language, the fact was I thought Relationships were supposed to be struggle and that Love conquered all.

Love doesn’t conquer a bad choice. It will allow you though to get out of it if you understand the principles of true love and how one can have that and an ideal relationship as well.

I didn’t realize that I had attracted dysfunctional relationships with people who either not compatible functional and or available cause that is what I learned from my family and society what love was.

Love is not a healthy relationship. You can love people who are not right for you and have a sense of a Soulmate connection but this does not make a good relationship.

I had to learn that I could have the love and attraction with a functional relationship with someone who was available, functional and compatible I did not learn that till I learned about Metaphysics and how the Universe worked.

When I learned that I could create a “essence vibrational blueprint” of what was highest and best for me and draw it in.

I had to lose my Relationship Addiction which was based on fear and scarcity and a misunderstanding of the Relationship Game and how the Universe and Life really works.

So when I got the Relationship Game and the Universal Attraction System I could then create the “Relationship and Life of My Dreams “

Love Tips: How To Manifest In the NOW! (Part 3)

I found myself on a project recently trying to force the timing, to try to make it go faster, and I was getting annoyed that it wasn’t going faster. I had to remind myself of these principles.

I was going step by step, and I was going slower than I normally would, but still there were many times when I really didn’t want to do a certain thing or I was blocked.

I was thinking, “Well, this project shouldn’t take this long. It should be faster. Why am I being stalled?” But you have to let go of that, because what’s happening is the Universe is positioning you for something better, or it’s stalling you or organizing the time for the highest and best time for all.

We can’t always see that, and if our ego mind has an agenda and time frame, “Well, I should do this faster; it’s not that hard,” all these things get in the way of the Universe manifesting detail.

Our goal is to be at peace, enjoy the ride, enjoy what you have, love the reality, and then love your creation. You need to love where you want to leave.

The more that you understand that it’s about love – the game behind the game is love, and the second game behind the game is creation. You need to love all of that. You need to enjoy the journey, not just the destination.

Let me say it this way to you.

You create your Reality good and or bad. Arnold Patent would say to his readers and clients after they had describe some horrible reality they are experiencing that they are very powerful and look at the wonderful creation they have manifested. Many people hearing this would be offended by his comments but most of these folks didn’t get the brilliance of what Arnold was saying.

By not asking for ones highest and best one is open to default programming from their subconscious mind.

The Universe insists on using love and intending highest and best if you’re manifesting this way. The sooner you can get into that, the better, because once you wrap your mind around it, then you can manifest very fast and very easy. If it isn’t fast according to what you think should be fast, it’s at least very effortless, especially if you’re not fretting about everything.

We have asked you to get your Ego out of the way. To understand the concept of Highest & Best and how to love where you are at , even if your creations are great so far and then move from there to create the life of your dreams.

If you have any questions about that, you can e-mail me. But in the meantime, just keep focused on allowing the Universe to handle the details. Release and let go. Your job in this dream machine is just to make the dream and have the Universe support it, then take the action you’re guided to; the leads and the intuition you’re given. That’s it. It’s pretty simple. We keep thinking we have to do more because we are a society of doers versus a society of being and just allowing.

THE 4 LEVELS OF POWER AND HOW TO ACCESS THEM

At various points in my life I have learned the “SECRETS” to access various levels of Power. Like a young Merlin’s’ Apprentice I dabbled with the Forces of the Universe and several times like a child learning to ride a bike have gotten a few bumps and bruises.

In my early days I was only aware of one or two of the 4 Levels of Power. I did not realize that we need all of them to Create a Life where we and specifically “You Can Have it All”

LEVEL 1

This is the level where most people in our world and society create results in their life. What people do is write down or describe a goal they want to reach and then upon writing it down, develop a plan of action and then take steps to achieve their objective.

LEVEL 11

Many sports stars, athletes and people into personal development use at this level the process of Visualization. They imagine on the screen of their mind what they desire. More advanced forms of this strategy involve making the visualization more “sensory rich” by adding color, making it bigger, creating movement and making it like a motion picture, adding sound, feel, smell and other things that would logically go along with the object of desire. Some more advanced practitioners adjust ones position of viewing by being in the picture and looking out thru your own eyes (associated state) vs. a disassociated state where one is viewing oneself in the picture of the desire at some distance.

LEVEL 111

In this level people use more advance Metaphysical Methods where they use feelings and vibration of what they intend. In my True Love on Demand System I demonstrate how feelings are actually more powerful when held in your being and body to draw what your heart desires.

Love Tips: How To Manifest In the NOW! (Part 2)

If you’re going to play this game, you’re going to have to learn how to align with that. The same whether it’s a material item or buying something, or it’s a soul mate, whatever, again, there is a season. There’s a tide in the affairs of men. There’s a tide in the affairs of the Universe. It may not be the same as your idea or your ego’s idea of when is highest and best.

When manifesting things, there are a lot of things to consider: Being in the process versus the result; being in the now versus being in the past or the future; being detached to the timing and detached to the reality of what you’re dealing with, because if you’re trying to manifest something, you may not be satisfied with your reality, but if you’re in resistance to it, then that will cause you a lot of stress and cause you to fall out of the now. It will not allow you to sense what is Universally supportive, because there are certain things of which the Universe is quite supportive.

In other words the Universe seems to have an agenda. That agenda is bases on highest and best for all. Now the good news is that Highest and Best for all means “Highest and Best” for you, however our ego may not get what the Universe is supporting for you is your “highest and best”.

There are things of which the Universe is not supportive. So you have to know the difference and be able to be at peace, aware and not spinning on the result or getting out of the now, being wound up or trying to mentally urge something to happen faster than it’s supposed to happen.

In that sense, the quicker you understand that, the easier things will go.

One of the books that would help you in organizing your thinking around this and understanding of this is Scovel Shinn’s book The Game of Life.

To manifest something, you need fearless faith, nonresistance and love. The way you use love in this formula is to love where you are, to love what your creation is or your new desire is. You need to love everybody in the existing reality and focus on highest and best for all. Fearless faith is basically understanding the system. It’s not blind faith.

If you access the system correctly, what you want that is a soul desire, that is highest and best for you, will come in.

And if what you want isn’t coming in in the moment you want, then it’s a matter of divine timing, not your timing. If you’re detached from that, you won’t lose faith or start being doubtful or fearful.

So fearless faith is love and nonresistance to the existing reality and to the mechanism or flow or synchronicity, the pathway or methodology that the Universe uses to get there. It’s not a linear thing.

Many times, people thing it’s A to B, and if it isn’t going A to B, they try to control it from A to B because of the logical ego mind. It’s not that at all. It’s a whole new way of looking at everything. You must allow the Universe to handle the details.

Allow the Universe to handle it in its own way, and don’t resist the timing of it. Don’t be obsessing about the results or trying to urge the results.
